Don't shatter it all at once
When I don't emit the light from within.
Don't make it darker around.
I know you don't love me anymore
But don't take the hope of loving away.
It happens, we are young,
In this beautiful teenage love.
Sweetheart, it's a conundrum please don't shove.
I said I would stand by you
when you promised to do the same,
But now the lines of the promise are blurring,
I don't see any change of it curing.
I am drowning and sinking in this sea of emotions.
Now that I have lost all the devotion.
My last desire is for you to remember me,
Even if you see only a muse in me.
