It was the first day of kindergarten for Jeremy and everyone else. Jeremy was going to be new, so he was a little nervous.
"Mommy, Am I going to be making lots of new friends?" Jeremy asked, looking down.
"Of course, honey! You will make lots of new friends! And maybe you will meet a girl you like!" Jeremy's mom giggled then winked and gave Jeremy a kiss on the head before sending him out for the bus.
On the bus Jeremy thought of what his mom said about him meeting girls. Jeremy didn't mind girls, after all, he was bi. Jeremy leaned more towards liking guys though. Jeremy bit his lip as he got off the bus. When he got off the bus he saw a boy in a white and blue striped shirt. Jeremy walks up to the boy.
"Hi, I'm Jeremy! Wanna be friends?" Jeremy smiles softly.
"S-sure. I'm E-Evan." He held out his hand. "Sorry if my hands are sweaty," Evan said wiping his hands on his pants.
"Nah, it's fine," Jeremy said as he walked inside the classroom. Jeremy and Evan walked into the classroom. Just as Jeremy was going to his seat he tripped and fell. He started tearing up before a boy in a red oversized hoodie with patches all over it, and white headphones, held out his hand to help the boy up. "Let me help you up." Jeremy took the boys hand and looked into the boys brown eyes and his chocolate colored hair. "The names Michael, by the way." Michael said with a grin. Jeremy smiles softly. "Thanks for helping me up." Jeremy says as he looks down. Michael puts his hand under Jeremy's chin then pushes his chin up a bit. "The pleasures mine, cutie." Michael winks before taking a seat. Jeremy blushes before going to go back to Evan but Evan was talking to a boy in all black with brown hair. His hair was kinda long and Evan looked like he was happy and Jeremy didn't want to ruin anything, so he just sat down in a seat next to Michael.

Michael was playing in a sand box with the sleeves of his hoodie rolled up. Michael was making a castle that had a rainbow flag on top. Next to Michael sat Jeremy. Jeremy smiles at the castle. "I wuv your castle," Jeremy says.
"Me too! I call it... Castle Gay! Anyone can be as gay as they want!" Michael said as he did jazz hands. Jeremy giggles.
"I'm bi, can I be part of castle gay?" Jeremy asked.
"HELL YEAH!" Michael laughs. A teacher walks over and kneels down by Michael.
"What have we said about swearing Mr?" The teacher asked Michael. Michael gave the teacher puppy dog eyes and made his eyes really big and curled his lip.
"I'm weally sowwy" Michael said as he looked down. The teacher looked at him in awe.
"It's okay, just don't do it again, ok?" The teacher said.
Michael smiles and nods as the teacher walks away. Michael laughs.
"Works every time!" He said through a grin. Jeremy blushes at how cute that was.
"Why r u so cute?" Jeremy said out loud before blushing and realizing that he said that out loud.
"I- that wasn't- I mean-" Jeremy's face was flustered before Michael gives him a kiss on the cheek and chuckles.
"Not so bad yourself Heere." Michael said as he booped Jeremy's nose. Jeremy covered his face with the sleeves of his jacket. The bell rang to go back in. Jeremy and Michael get up to go inside. Michael takes Jeremy's hand and walks inside hand in hand with Michael. One of the teachers noticed then called Michael and Jeremy to the principals office.
"I- I- Dont understand wh-what I did. A-am I in t-trouble?" Jeremy said through tears while waiting in the waiting room.
"Well, I'm sure we did nothing wrong. Now, turn the frown upside down, everything will be okay." Michael said wiping away Jeremy's tears with his thumb. Jeremy smiles and hugs Michael and Michael hugs back.
"Michael and Jeremy please step in." The principal said. Michael and Jeremy walk in to see Jeremy's mom looking extremely pissed and Michaels mom perfectly fine. Jeremy was kinda scared to see his mom like that, so he stood by Michael and his mom.
"We saw Michael and Jeremy holding hands and we also saw Michael give Jeremy a kiss on the cheek. Look, we're happy that your kids are happy but we don't want your...gay kids affecting our other students. They are only 5 or 6, they don't need to be seeing this type of behavior around here." The teacher said as Michael and Jeremy both looked down. Jeremy's mom shot a glare at Michael then that same glare at Jeremy.
"Jeremy Heere, you know how much I hate gay people! You know better. That's why we hate your father, he left us for a guy. Don't become your father!" His mom yelled and gave Jeremy a slap across the cheek. Jeremy had tears rolling down his face.
"Listen, Mrs. Heere, Your son can be as gay as he wants. My wife and I are very happy together. Our son Michael is gay and is the best thing to happen to us. If you don't want to accept your son, then you have a problem, because if you actually loved your kid, you would accept him." Michaels mom said as she crossed her arms. Jeremy's mom growled before grabbing Jeremy's wrist tightly.
"Ow, mom," Jeremy said in tears.
"We're leaving. Now! And you're changing schools!" Jeremy's mom exclaimed.
"No." Jeremy said pulling his arm away and trying to hold in tears.
"Excuse me?" His mother raised an eyebrow.
"I'm living with dad, he doesn't live too far from you. I want dad to take care of me because you don't obviously love me!" Jeremy yelled then went into Michaels arms. Jeremy cried as Jeremy's mom slammed the door and left. Michael's mom walks outside with Jeremy and Michael.
"I can take you to your dad's house" Michaels mom offered. Jeremy nods.
"Thank you." Jeremy smiles softly then looks at Michael.
"Mikey, will you be my boyfriend?" Jeremy asked Michael. Michael looks at Jeremy.
"Since we're not at school, HELL YEAH!" Michael hugs Jeremy and Jeremy hugs back. Jeremy then leaves with Michael hand in hand with his new boyfriend.
