Chapter two

(Jades P.O.V)

~Friday after school~

Rachel, Luke and I were walking home and I decided it would be fun to have them over to watch a movie and eat some pizza. When we got there my mom wasn't home which was pretty normal and I had gotten use to it. I told them that I would go upstairs to shower and change first so that I wont stink.

(Rachel's P.O.V)

I was sitting next to Luke watching how I met your mother Luke's favorite tv show, when I noticed he wasn't looking at the tv at all he was staring at me! I blushed and tried not to think to much about it while I went back to watching tv. Why was he looking at me like that? Is there something on my face?

When Jade came back down and sat in between us and said with a sigh, "Who's gunna go get the pizza?"

"Not it!" I yelled

"Not me." Luke said. Why is he acting so strange? Normally he would have yelled out too? He seams kind of down.

"Awhh! I just showered please guys." jade pouted her bottom lip making a puppy dog face. I finally caved in and said I would go get the pizza.

Jade left the room to go make the phone call leaving me alone with Luke so I thought I would ask him to come with me so we could talk.

"Hey Luke?" "Yes Rachel?" he said mocking my tone. "Do you wanna come with me to get the pizza?" he paused for a minute thinking about it, when he finally said "Sure." with a smile.

Jade came back and shooed me off to go, when I grabbed Luke's hand ran out the door. Jade gave me a weird look when I just returned a 'I'll tell you later look'.

(Luke's P.O.V)

She looked so beautiful today, I couldn't help but look at her. It wasn't till she looked over at me that I realized I was staring, so I snapped out of my day dream and watched the tv. I have been having these strange feelings around her for the past 2 months and I don't know what they mean. I've never felt like this before, her big brown eyes look at me and I go weak at the knees. I try not to show these emotions but I can't help them. The only people who know about how I feel is Calum Michael and Ashton. They all just tell me they want to meet her and that I should ask her out.

All of a sudden Jade came back down and sat in between us causing me to jump a little. She said "Who's gunna go get the pizza?" Rachel yelled out a "Not it!" and me still kind of zoned out about Rachel just said "Not me." Jade then pouted and said something else but I really wasn't paying attention I was just trying to figure out what to do with my whole Rachel problem.

Next thing I knew Jade was in the other room ordering the pizza. I guess she convinced Rachel to go get it. Rachel spoke up bring me out of my train of thought, "Hey Luke?" she asked almost sounding hesitant to speak. "Yes Rachel?" I teased, trying not to sound nervous. "Do you wanna come with me to get the pizza?" I paused to think about it for a second, maybe I could tell her how I feel while were out? What if she doesn't feel the same way? "Sure." I smiled.

Jade came back and pushed Rachel to go get the pizza when she grabbed my hand. The whole world stopped and my hand went numb at her touch and no matter how cheesy it sounds it felt right and I didn't want her to let go.

"So" she broke the silence as we walked still hand and hand.

"Rachel?"

"Yeah?" I can't believe I'm going to do this.

"For a while I have had kind of a crush on you, and I wanted to know if you uh wanted to maybe go out, uh with me?" I rushed it out as fast as I could afraid of what the answer would be. When she simply replied "Yes." A huge smile crawled from ear to ear and no matter how hard I tried to stop it, I couldnt.

(Rachel's P.O.V)

When I held his hand in mine I got this rush of adrenaline through my body and that was when I knew he was the one I have been waiting for. "So" I said trying to start a conversation. "Rachel?" was all he said, "For a while I have had kind of a crush on you, and I wanted to know if you uh wanted to go out, uh with me?" He was cute when he was nervous. I replied without even really thinking "Yes" he smiled and I couldn't help but smile too.
