Chapter four-ari😍🥰

"Hey...... um ari?" I asked. I continued to fiddle with my fingers as the nerves kept building up. I see her get up from putting on music and turn to face me. Her hair swinging away to revel her face, a small bit of concern showing.

" ya Diaz?"

"so um, do you want to hangout tomorrow, since we uh, um, have no school?" I asked. The corners of her mouth start to tug a smile, relief instantly hits me.

" you know......... as a date?"

" of course Miguel, I Love you!" She says then runs and jumps onto me. Places soft kisses all over! This is heaven! Everything I could've imagined. I don't care that this is moving far it is great!

" Miguel?"

"Miguel??? Hello?"

"Miguel!"

My eyes snap open at the sound of my name, I look around to notice I am still in Ari's room, her standing in front of me hand waving in front of my face.

Shit, I was only day dreaming. That actually didn't happen. No wonder it was so sudden.

"Ya?" I said, playing it off as if nothing happened.

" I don't know you tell me, you were going to ask me something before you kind of dazed off and mumbled something I couldn't really hear. What was that about?" She exclaimed. A little confused and questioning

" um I don't really know"

" well, it's getting late and you should go home, I don't want your family to worry," she smiles.

" ya, ok!" I say, returning the smile. I was just eager to leave and not embarrass my self anymore.I stand up from my spot in her bed. Ari standing up with me.

" I'll walk you out and to your house Diaz." She giggled. Most the time the only person that calls me Diaz is sensei but I like it even more when it comes from her. Just a random thought.

Leading Me down the long hallway she hands me my backpack and I open the door waiting for her to step out. It might be her house but I am the gentlemen.

" ladies first!" I smile, fixing my posture and standing tall. I can hear her laugh approaching the door.

" why thank you kind sir," ari laughs using a horrible British accent trying to sound fancy. I crack up and we both burst into laughter. I can see my vision getting blurry and her holding her sides. I would like to hold her si....... no I should stop. She walks out the door waiting for me to follow. After I leave she takes her key and locks it.

While walking down the stairs I see her scribbling something on a price of paper. When reaching my apartment, a1 ,I raise my hand to knock on the door, but she stops me. Her hand, witch was softer than I imagined, lowered mine and opened it exposing my palm. She put the piece of paper she had earlier inside then after closing my hand finger by finger. Her touch soft and gentle. Therefore enclosing the price of paper in my hand for me to have and letting go. Shocked I just looked at her with wide eyes. Realizing I probably looked creepy I opened my hand to look at the paper. It had some numbers on it and a few hearts drawn in pen.

" its my number, feel free to call," She said, her voice more soft that usual. A little more quiet. I am still standing there looking like an idiot. I flash her a goofy smile before I build up the courage to say thank you. I put the piece of paper safely into my pocket before then knocking on my door. My mom opens it in less than a second, realizing she must have been watching us through the peep hole on the door,I start to blush. The heat rushes to my face and I can't help but feel embarrassed.

" come inside miggy!" My mom says stepping out of the door way to reveal my smiling grandma.

" hi I am ari" she smiled lightly
putting a hand out in front of my mom for her to shake. Gladly she accepts it and also brings her into a hug.

" of course I know who you are , Miguel talks about you all the time!"

" really what does he say?"

" just about how your his friend and how pretty you are oh and how...."

" I thinks that's enough mama." I shouted already embarrassed from the words that she had just told my crush.

I could hear ari laughing before she turns to me. She could most likely tell I was embarrassed.

" it's ok miggy I think it's sweet." She smiles, using the nickname she had just previously learned. I let out a large sigh before ari started more conversation.

" well it was a pleasure to meet you ms Diaz, I just came to make sure Miguel got home ok but I should get going," She then turns to me and says" thanks for hanging out with me today Miguel, see you later" and waves she then gives my mom a quick hug before leaving. Once the door closes my mom looks at me smiling.

" she's a keeper, very good manners too" my mom says.

I groan even loader this time.

" mom stop!" I rush off to my room before she can embarrass me anymore, or start anymore conversation for that matter.

Sitting on my bed I grab my phone and the slip of paper with her number on it. I typed it in, number for number exactly and then proceeded to get contact name......

Hope you guys liked the new chapter! I know it was all in Miguel's POV but that's fine, he has her number now and I am sorry he didn't ask her out. In time it will happen. Also I knows this chapter is kind of all over the place and a little confusing I just wanted to post it so sorry!also sorry my font got all weird and I don't know how to fix it.
