chapter fourty-eight

Jamary's pov:
I ran after Maria and she's usually waaaay more faster than me but because she's pregnant it didn't take me as much time to grab her hand, but when I did, it caused her to turn around
"Let me go you backstabbing bitch!" She yells at me while tears drop down her face..
"I HATE YOU!"
"LET ME GO!"
"JAMARY YOU BITCH I WILL SLAP YOU!"
Maria kept yelling at me and i guess i deserved it but in the same time i didn't... like it ain't my fucking fault that Donivan didn't enjoy being with her
"Maria stop!" I finally yell back
"HOW DO YOU WANT ME TO STOP IF MY BEST FRIEND BETRAYED ME!" She yells with even more tears falling down
"Me?! betrayed you?! Bitch Donivan was the only one that fucking betrayed you!" I yell
"None of this would've happen if it wasn't for you!" -M
"Excuse ME! But it aint my fault that your little fucking relationship didn't work out!" I yell causing her to slap me
"SHUT THE FUCK UP!" She yells..
I hold my cheek in pain and in anger.. but i couldn't punch a pregnant 'lady' so i hold it in and just look at her... we lock eye contact for about 5 seconds till i decided to say something
"Go.to.hell" i say before walking away
Donivan's pov:
I sit down on the floor just thinking on what had just happened.... Nick told Maria almost everything.... Maria probably hates me... but there's something no one knows.. not even Jamary and i don't plan on saying it cuz it's going to make things worst.
After a long time of thinking i see Jamary walking by with tears in her eyes... I quicly make my way towards her and ask her what happened
"What happend?!? Really?! Well what do you think! Maria hates me because your little pussy ass couldn't break up with her from the start!" She yells
"Wow blame everything on me!" I say
"Yea!cuz you caused everything!" She says making me feel bad.. but she's the reason all of this happened
"Well it's your fault!" I yell
"My fault?! How!?" -J
"Cuz your the girl that made me want to break up with Maria!" I confess.. and yes i like Jamary and maybe it's obvious but not for her cuz she looked like she had just seen a ghost
"What..." -J
"What you heard... i like you" i say making her go silent..
(20 seconds later)
"No... you can't! You like Maria not me!" She yells before running away but i grab her wrist
"But i do!" I say
"But don't!" -J
"That's impossible! How am i suppose to hide my feelings for you, if I've been having them for a while now.. and they won't go away!" I say and i could feel the tears form in my eyes..
Jamary looked at me with an angry look but that look quicly changed when she saw that i started crying
"Donivan.. no.." she says while hugging me
"Im sorry" i say
"Don't be sorry, you didnt do anything wrong" She says while tears start forming in her eyes
"I did do something wrong.. i always do something wrong... I always have to fuck up everything" i say
"That's not true.. you just didn't love her anymore and its okay to not have feelings for another person, they just have to understand that there's always a relationship that is not going to work out or go as planned cuz no one is perfect and no one can be, we are all humans and we make mistakes, it's normal" She says making me cry even more..
At this point we where just crying our eyes out while hugging... but then I saw someone infront of us... i couldn't see good from all the crying but i realised it was Maria but she was holding something... oh shit..
"DONT YOU FUCKING DO IT!" I yelled causing Jamary to turn around and her face quickly turned into a paniced one
Jamary made her way towards Maria but Maria put the pocket knife near her stomach and that caused Jamary to freze...
"Maria.... think about what you are doing.. you are going to hurt yourself even more" Jamary says
"Do you think i care?" Maria says with a smile while swinging the knife near her stomach
"The baby has nothing to do with this, this is between the three of us" Jamary says while slowly walking up to Maria
"Your right..." Maria says while putting the pocket knife down.. and at this point i thought we where safe but what I didn't see coming was that Maria threw the pocket knife at Jamary's face leaving a big ass cut on her cheek
"AGH!" Jamary yells, i was going to help her out but i noticed Maria running out of school and straight to the traffic
"MARIA BE CAREFUL!" I screamed but it was to late... she had been ran over..
