Donivan's pov:
Bruh fucking Nick beat the shit outta me but i beat his ass too so idgaf, i mean im not worried bout me, but of Jamary and Maria cuz Nick looked like he was gonna murder them, i know i may be overreacting but Jamary is one of my greatest friends and i dont want nothing to happen with her and Nick... like I'll fight with Nick again if I have to.
I was making my way to the gym cuz p.e was my first period class
"DONIVAN!" I heard someone say my name so ofc I turn around and it was Jamary's friend... Maria
"Oh hey,...what's up?" I ask
"I'm really sorry bout what happened like it wasn't my intention to hurt you.. I just wanted Nick out of my life.. I dont love him like he loves me" Maria apologises
"Hey.. it's okay" I say while a pair of hands wrap around me.. Maria was hugging me while crying... and i dont usually hug people i dont know but this poor girl was in pain.. I couldn't push her off so i hugged her back
"It's gonna be okay, he's suspended for a week and that gives you time so you can plan how things are gonna be from now on" I say trying to calm her down which i guess i did cuz she stopped hugging me
"Yea... you are right" Maria says
"Just be careful with your plans" I tell her while she smiles at me and gives me another hug
"OOOO I SHIP!!" Someone says causing both of us to look at who had said it and it was fucking Jamary
"No" I tell her while giving her a smile
"Suuuuure, nahh jk" Jamary jokes around while walking to her class which was a couple of feet away from mine
"Donivan..." Maria says
"Yea?" I ask
"I think this is the beggining of our new friendship" she says
"Yea.. I guess it is " I say while giving her a smile
"Well thank you and ill see you later" she tells me while making her way to her class, then i make my way to mine...
Idk why but she made me feel something..
like if I liked her...
