Oofles, I know this isn't exactly a blurb lolol but I just really really like it

[12:46 am]

Yeah, yeah, it was the middle of the night and extremely dark. And yeah, the city itself was preeeetty shady.

But that's besides the point.

The last thing you expected was to meet a potentially psychotic, devilishly handsome, criminal.

And maybe even kiss him?

It was a dark night. The chills the night breeze gave you froze you to the core. To say that you regretted bringing a jacket was a major understatement.

But you continued to walk along the streets of the city anyways.

"Ah shit! Not again! Goddamnit, Jae!"

You heard a man shout, probably into his phone. His footsteps were quick, like he was running, and they were getting louder and louder.

Louder and louder as he got closer and closer.

The man's name was Kang Younghyun. Though he was better known by his alias, Young K.

Younghyun was a thief.

And one of his missions to steal something from a rival of his, his partner, Jae, royally fucked up.

Well, it was more like he simply placed his foot in the wrong place and triggered the alarm system.

But in Younghyun's book, it was perfection or nothing. The great Young K couldn't afford to leave any tracks behind. Though he didn't (he couldn't, Jae's his best friend) hold a grudge against Jae, he was still rather pissed, to say the least.

The two of them split up to increase the odds of successfully escaping the cops. But honestly, they didn't need to, they were plently good at their...line of work.

Most of the time. They had their exceptions.

This was one of them.

Younghyun kept running, he heard police sirens getting closer to him. He needed to get away, and he needed to do it now.

He was running out of options, but then he saw you. And a little lightbulb snapped on in his brain!

He took your arm and pulled you into a dark alleyway. He was mostly out of sight now, but in order to truly hide, he needed to get closer.

Younghyun looked you deep in the eyes, holding your thrashing form still. His eyes were like a galaxy, still shining bright, even within the dark alleyway. They were strangly cat-like, charming, almost. They lulled you in. There was no way in hell you'd ever let a man touch you like this, without your consent.

"Listen," He started, his voice much more calm and soothing than you anticipated, "I don't wanna do this, and I swear I'm not some sort of creep-"

"Why does part of me doubt that?" You ask, cutting him off. But he continues.

"But listen, I need to use you. I'm sorry, but it's important."

Before you could say anything in retaliation, however, he leaned in. Closer and closer to your lips until there was only millimeters of distance between them.

Your breath hitched in your throat, what the fuck did this man think he was doing? His lips brushed across yours softly. His touch was gentle, like he was afraid to break you. His lips were soft and plush, and felt oddly...nice?

You pushed him away roughly, "Excuse me, but what the fuck?" You asked, anger rising from the disgust you got from his actions. But just as you pushed the creep away from you, the police car had already passed, meaning that Younghyun could rest easy now.

He just looked at you again with those same, cat-like eyes. He tilted his head curiously, still maintaining eye contact with you.

"Hey, I said I was sorry. But hey, you helped out, so thanks! It means a lot."

You just scoff, "I'm sorry, but I won't help you escape from the cops. If they were chasing you, they probably had a damn good reason to do so."

The man shrugs. Shrugs like this conversation is just a causal he's having over drinks with his best friend, "Sometimes you just gotta do what cha gotta do, ya feel?"

"Well, no. I don't, actua-"

"ANYWHO," He starts, cutting you off with a devilishly attractive smirk, "I see you're quite the feisty one. I like that in a person. But oh well, thanks for your help. I'll be heading out now."

Then he starts walking off into the distance.

You pull out your phone to report him to the authorities, but he turns back around to face you,

"Don't. I promise, it'll be worth your time if you keep your pretty little mouth shut. And either way, there's not much use in telling anyone that I was here." He smirks again, "I never leave any trails behind, love."

He turned back around and continued walking away from you, his footsteps completely silent. Upon checking where he was just a few seconds after, he was gone.

Completely gone.

Like he became one with the shadows and faded away.

Honestly, you wouldn't be suprised if he did, this man had way too many weird-ass tricks up his sleeves.

But he was gone.

And just the thought of never seeing him again made you feel strangly...empty.

But he was gone.

And wouldn't be coming back anytime soon.

The great Young K never left any trails behind.
