Chapter 1:

45 0 1

I stood in front of the group of girls, but the only one I noticed was the one from my dream. I was astounded that such a beautiful girl actually existed. The light caught on her grayish-blonde hair, and the wind threw it behind her. Her eyes were a blue that was like the color that you see on a lightly cloudy day. A confused look crossed her face as she turned to look at me.

I snapped out of whatever world I was visiting, and realized my situation. She and her friends were looking at me like some stalker. Oh no, I worried. I had to think of something fast. "Excuse me..." I muttered, and stepped through their group. Luckily, they made way for me. I walked ahead, and after looking back, I saw the girl looking at me with interest.

                                                                                        。。。

I looked at that weird guy that was staring at me, and he seemed kind of cute. According to Amelia, he was staring at me for a long time. However, you never really can trust her when it comes to guys. She ships me with almost every guy that looks at me, for even a second, I thought.  Amelia tucked her dirty blonde hair behind her ear, and her aquamarine eyes shone excitedly through her dark glasses. "Did you see that?" I heard May whisper. Ugh, not May too. I should've expected this. Her and Amelia have practically the same mind when it comes to shipping. May's dark brown hair was as straight as a board, and her dark eyes shone with the same excitement as Amelia, but she hid her interest much better than Amelia.

"He totally likes you. I could tell by how long he was staring at you." May said. Amelia nodded her head vigorously in agreement. "Pfft, I don't think he is my type." I replied, trying to get both of them off my back. Then, Kayla jumped in the conversation. "Well, you never know until you get to know him." She was teasing me, but I noticed a little bit of truthfulness in her dark brown eyes. She was shorter than most of our friend group, but she had a big opinion. "Maybe," I started. "But he could also be a creep." "I don't think so." Amelia fired right back at me. "If he was a creep, he wouldn't have been so humble.

I looked away from the group for a minute, considering him. "Hey Brooke, you ok?" I heard someone call from the group. "Yeah..." I replied. Hopefully with him here, school will get a lot more interesting.

Sorry for the short chapters and lack of activity, I am just trying to relax to get ready for finals. I'm also experiencing a mild writer's block in my other story, Magic Undone. Please forgive me! I'll try to get back on it after finals week! Thank you~
