"Hey Sky!" Oh, i didnt expect him to be coming this early. "Hey Preston!" Do it! Give him a hug! "Aww, thanks Sky!" He hugged me back! "I should be the one thanking you" I smile at him and his mom. "Alright kids, lets get movin" His mom is pretty!
"I'm a size eight" Me too! "Really? Me too!' Now we get our roller skates. "I bet you can't catch me!" I dart off faster than he can react to my statement. "Hey! Wait up!" He's smiling now, just what i was hoping for. "You will never catch me! Mwahahahaha!" Wow, he just might actually catch me! "Oh yeah?" Woah! He's really close like, right next to me. He's huging me again! I'm speachless, melting in his arms. Preston reminds me of my dad, I miss my dad alot. "Woah there, stay balanced Sky" Oh! I comepletely forgot where we were. Just standing there in his arms made me go limp. "Oh, sorry i kind of forgot that i was here" Oops I think i said too much! "Really?" He pulls me in tighter. He looks very serious now. I'm staring into his brown eyes, as he is with me.
Suddenly, the spotlight turn on us. He doesn't even notice it. "Look at these two heating up the rink!" The intercom inturrupted the other people, but me and Preston did not flinch. "What losers! Get out of the rink! You stink!" These comments can't put me out of this trance and apperentally it can't for Preson either. The rink goes silent. The intercom is blown up with a song. A slow dance song.
Everyone gets off of the rink. Preston suddenly moves into a slow dance position, as do I. We started moving and everyone stared awwing all around us. I caught a glimps at Prestons mom, bursting into tears, she's also smiling though. That's the last thing I saw before Preston drew me closer to him whispering something into my ear. "Sky, I think I love you"
