Y/N POV
The plane had hit a slight turbulence which woke me up. I opened my eyes slowly while letting out a silent yawn. Everyone seemed to be asleep so the lights were dim inside the plane. I checked the time to see how much longer we had and in a couple of hours we would arrive to Incheon International Airport. My nerves were a lot better after some sleep so I was quite excited. I decided to watch a movie to pass time.
After a few hours, the captain spoke telling us that we had arrived! Being as excited as I was I jumped out of my seat, grabbed my suitcase from the storage area above the seats and made my way towards the exit. After being on the plane for so long, my eyes had adjusted to the dimness so once the lights hit me from inside the airport I felt blind for a moment. There were so many people traveling to their gates and sitting around waiting for their flights.
I stretched my arms wide and smiled happily. The day I had been waiting for was finally here and I couldn't wait to get to my new home!
I exited the airport and caught a cab to my apartment building. Once I had my bag I walked inside the building and looked around the lobby. Everything was so elegantly placed and had a bit of traditional yet modern feel to it. There was a young woman at a desk near the entrance so I decided to go over and ask about my keys.
"Hello. My name is Y/N and I was told to pick up my keys once I landed." I said with a smile.
She gave me a smile back and started typing something on her computer.
"Oh yes! I have the note from the owner here." She replied handing me my keys. "Everything is already inside your apartment that was mailed a week ago. Please feel free to ask me anything. The elevators are to your right and please enjoy your stay with us!"
"Thank you so much." I bowed my head and went to the elevators.
My apartment was on the eighth floor so taking the stairs was not an option. Soft classical music played inside the elevator. There was a small beep letting me know I had arrived on my floor. My door was about a foot away from where I was standing. The butterflies in my stomach fluttered as I reached the door and put the key in.
Once inside I was amazed. All my things had been put into their proper place besides the boxes of clothes and shoes which were placed near the hallway closet. It was a huge two bedroom apartment and I was pleased with my decision.
I decided to put my clothes away in the master bedroom where my bed and dressers had been placed and threw myself onto the bed.
"Way to go Y/N. You did well." I said to myself before turning on my phone.
There were a few missed calls from Jessie and a text message from a number I didn't know. I opened the chat and instantly regretted it.
Hey Y/N, it's Jungkook. I know you probably don't want to me to contact you, but I need you to know that I made a huge mistake and regret it every day. Please give me a call sometime so that I can explain myself and apologize properly. Please.
My eyes began to tear up instantly. He must'vegotten a new phone number so that he could contact me since I had blocked theold one. My finger hovered over the block button and after a moment I decidednot to. To be honest I missed him so much, but I was still angry about what hehad done. Then Yoongi came to mind. I had forgotten to call him when I landed. Ireally didn't want to talk to him when I was thinking about Jungkook. It wouldmake more uncomfortable than the situation was.
I kind of regretted giving Yoongi a chance because my heart still ached for Jungkook. I had made a rashdecision and was now stuck with it until I could sort my feelings out. Maybe we could be friends? I decided to finally reply to Jungkook.
Hi. I just finished unpacking. I will let you know when I'm free to talk.
