In two weeks we are staring shooting the new season, but before they called us to do a reading table of the first episode. So far I know that Emma Roberts is returning and some other new actors but that's all I know, I really hope when I get there Sarah will be there, the other day Ryan told me he didn't know if she was going to join us this time and I've heard she's very busy doing a lot of productions but let's keep hope she will be.
I arrived at Fox Studios with Stella again, she never leave me, thank God. I am so scared, I think is being a while that I feel so scared but so excited at the same time. I get there kinda late because most of the cast is already there. I am looking at the table trying to see familiar faces and there is Emma, Leslie and Billie, Ana some other actor that I've seen but don't know their names, but Sarah is not there. Ryan says hi to me and introduce me to everybody, the writers and director and cámara director is also at the room, Ryan ask me to go find my name and sit there, and there it will be my script. It has my name on it! And says - Claire Herrera played by Mare Rodriguez - that's my character name and my name! (Haha). I look up and I see that next to be there is Sarah's name with also an script, I am screaming so hard inside and I notice I am smiling hear to hear. Ryan noticed me.
- Well you found out she IS joining us?
- My God Ryan, I am so excited!
- Surprise! I can wait to see your face when you know how related your characters are (he laughs).
- Oh my God I can't wait either
Emma is next to me and she asked:
- Huge crush jah?
I looked at Ryan with a mad but goofy face and he said - Hey I didn't say anything, rumors has it!
Sarah Arrives - I am so sorry you guys, running late today - rumors has it what? What are you talking about?
Everybody looks at me - Ryan says - The big crush of someone at the table finally arrives ( everybody laugh) and I feel my face on fire.
- Sarah sits while laughing and she looks at me - don't worry they are very annoying, so don't let them.
She looks beautiful as always, she's wearing no makeup so I can see she is tired, or that's how she looks. Trough the reading I can notice her a little distracted. She checks behind the table her phone and a sad face comes right away. I can't get concentrated, I wonder what is happening to her, why she was late, and came with this look on her face or I just have this feeling that something is happening to her.
The reading table is done, and we are all saying good bye to each other and leaving the room, Ryan asked me and the other new actor to stay a little more, he want to show us the set so we can get familiar with it, we go with him to see it and he is telling us how excited this is going to be and that we are going to do a very good job, he said bye because he has to run to another set, he's doing a lot of projects at the same time. The other boys say bye and I got distracted with a set, they are shooting something but someone got me and asked to leave.
I had to go back to the room we where doing the reading table to get my purse with the script, when I get in Sarah is still there, she is at the phone close to a window, so she is looking through and she hasn't notice me. I wait a little bit because I want to say bye, and she is done and turn around. I can see she was crying.
- Is everything ok Sarah? Something I can do for you?
- I'm ok, thank you ( she dries her face) What do you think about this new season?
- I think is great, as all Ryan does. I still can't believe I got to be part of it.
- I know right? he's just the greatest.
Stella got in at tell me that we have to go. So we go to the parking lot taking with Sarah, about the script we just read.
- Do you guys have car ? ( she asked us because she didn't see us going to a car but looking at the phone for an Uber)
- No we don't, we are calling an Uber.
- Where you guys leave? I can give you a ride.
- Actually we are going separate, Stella has a doctor appointment and I was actually thinking about going to get some lunch.
- Well now that I am thinking about it, I am kinda hungry too. Stella tell me where to take you and Mare let's go have some lunch and we can keep talking.
- That would be great, thanks - Stella says
- Yes sure, what are we having? I said
- I am kinda feeling I need fat, what about In and out?
- Oh yes, I love in and out!
- We drop Stella off that the doctors office and Sarah asked me to look at maps for the closest in n' out, because she's starving and me too.
- I found one, be there in 5!
- YES, I'm starving, Jesus!
We decided to do drive thru. We park at the parking lot at in n' out, and we start eating our food.
- Her phone rings but she didn't pick it up and got this sad face again.
- I can't stop myself for asking her - everything alright? I'm sorry I asked but you just got a very sad face once your phone rings.
- Girl, you know everything don't you? - She smiles.
- Well is just your face is very evident. But I am sorry I shouldn't being asking. Forget about it.
- Is fine, actually I do want to tell you, I need to get it out. I just have the feeling that we can be very good friends.
- Thanks, I will die to be your friend lol. But with all honest, I am more than happy to heard you and if there is anything I can do for you.
- Well I just... ( that same sad face comes back) I definitely broke up with my gf this morning, that's why I was late to reading table, we had a fight and it has been like this for a while already and we decided it was the best for now.
- I am so sorry to heard that, but looks like you end in good terms and that's really good, you know just need to move on because if you two decided to end is because it was the best, I know right now is really hard to see it but is going to be ok.
- Thanks, I know. It just really hard going to this shit again, and we were together for a while but it was the best. It was not the same anymore.
- Well I understand you so well, I broke up with my ex last Christmas and was the worst thing ever, I had to go back to my country to spend holiday with them because I was really depressed.
- I am sorry to heard that. May I asked what happened?
- The same as you, it was not the same anymore and he was acting kinda weird all the time. Our relationship was already pretty hard because he lives in Miami and I am here and going back to my country all the time because I am not a citizen, I have a work Visa so I can't stay for long time here, and he's very busy all the time and same I am. So he was just having excuses for everything. So it was the best to ended.
- Well you see, sometimes things don't happen the way we thought will be.
- That's true, and we have to face it and move on.
- Agreed.
Sarah dropped me off at my house.
- thank you so much, for lunch and to take me, I had fun taking to you.
- Any time honey, it was my pleasure. Thank you for the taking, I really need it.
- Of course Any time too! Can I have you phone number?
- Of course! - I gave her my phone so she can put her number on it- Call me anything, related to acting our if you need a friend to talk.
- Don't tell me that, I could be very annoying and most id is you. Just kidding. Thank you so much.
