Potatoes
Spices
Herbs
Salt
Pepper (optional)

1.wash Potatoes fully.

2.chop it to Wedges shapes.

3.Place into salted boiled water for 10 minutes.

5.Drain and place on Blue roll to remove all moisture.

6. In a bowl mix Herbs, Spice, Salt and Pepper.

7.Cover the chips in the herb and spices mixture.

8. Place in a deep fryer until golden brown.

Tip

When draining them shake them a little to make them even more crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
