Ingredients.
Serves 2
Taglatily (or any pasta you would like) 100g
Bacon 2 slices
Cheese 30 g
Mushrooms 50g
Flour 10g
Butter or marg 10g
Milk 200mlMethod.
1.Grab a large saucepan and sorte the mushrooms until soft. Also grab another pan and boil water for the pasta.2. Slice the bacon and then add it to the mushrooms.
3. When the water has boiled put about 5ml of any oil in the water (So the pasta doesn't stick) , pinch of salt and pepper. Then add the pasta and give it a good stair.
4. Add the butter to the bacon and mushroom wait till it has melted and add the flour and combined them until flour has made a yellow paste.
5. Slowly, add the milk while staring regularly.
6. Drain the pasta add it to the other pan. Stair in the pasta.
7. Take it off the heat then add the cheese. Serve with some mixed leaves and most importantly enjoy.
Tip
You can make this vegaterain by replace the bacon another vegtable for example peas.
You can also make it dairy free by switching to your preferred diary free products i reckmen using almond milk.
