"Happy anniversary Jon. Good job surviving being with me until now." Jon's boyfriend, Damien, handed a neatly wrapped present in a perfectly square box with a neat red wrapper and a green bow on top.

"Dami! Thanks!" Jon grinned happily at his best friend. "Can I open it?"

"No matter how old you get your still as impatient as ever. Go ahead." Damien grinned and leaned against the staircase.

Jon carefully peeled of the bow and wrapper. Inside, was a square cardboard box. Jon looked at Damien questioningly, but Damien just grinned and nodded towards the box.

Jon opened it, only to find it stuffed with bubble wrap. Pulling it out and unwrapping at least 5 thick layers of bubble wrap, Jon gasped and got a little teary.

Inside of it all was a beautifully made photo frame that surrounded a photo of Jon and Damien together at a theme park.

That was where Jon had confessed to Damien, prepared to be rejected terribly. However, Damien had pulled him into a kiss and accepted his confession.

"It's been 5 years already huh." Damien whispered. Damien wrapped his arms around Jon's shoulders and stared up at him.

In all the years Jon dated Damien, he has never seen eyes so tender or a smile so soft from that boy.

Jon looked at Damien, tears in his eyes. "Yeah. I'm so so so happy I met you Dami."

"Of course you are." Damien laughed and pulled Jon into a deep kiss.
