"What is going on here?" Aidan yelled out of frustration, scaring everyone.
"We were making a few gifts for everyone," Rina gave up trying to hide it.
"Can I eat it now?" Brian asks.
"Yeah it's chocolate cake but designed in different ways for each person," John was also defeated.

"Oh." Lyra felt bad for being so curious and making so much drama.
"Well I'm done with this," Aidan was about to leave when he tripped over himself, pushing John over onto the ground and landing face to face with him. Feeling a pair of lips on his lips, Aidan immediately stood up and screamed "EW THATS FUC*ING DISGUSTING!" Rushing to the taps, Aidan washed his mouth looking like he was going to be sick. All of us were laughing hysterically, this was too good to be true.
"Oh damn, Aidan, I knew you'd finally open up," John teased him flirtatiously which made us die of laughter even more.

Munching on our cake, I was happy we were all content, eating altogether as close friends.
"So err Aidan, when you going to ask me out," John tried again.
"Never," Aidan said sternly.
"Okay what about Rina?" John tried again but I think we all knew that wasn't quite the right question.
"John!" I called out his name.
"What? I'm just asking," John claimed.
"Funny joke, she doesn't even want to be near me," Aidan sighed.
"They're not on good terms," I mouth to John to which he mouthed "Oh, what? Why did no one tell me?" back at me.
"I thought you knew!" I hiss.
"Don't you like it when someone gets depressed then keeps it all inside them until they start getting really emotional and can't keep it in but instead of letting people help them, they push any help away not realising they're hurting others and instead they just apologise," Aidan stated.
"Aidan," Matty warned him.
"What? I'm just saying in general," Aidan shrugged.

Standing up, I put my plate of finished cake away into the sink and grab John by the arm and force him to come with me.
"How was I supposed to know they weren't okay? No one told me!" John exclaimed when we reached the other room.
"Was it not completely obvious?" I roll my eyes. (A/N Yo, sup person who's probably reading this to me, stop making me want to die of cringe I'm joking okay bye)
"John, you're awesome and I don't think we appreciate you enough for all the things you do for us because I'm not sure if people ever notice but please pay more attention," I sigh.
"Well not my fault if no one told me," John started, "Wait does that mean I get Aidan all to myself?"
"No, it doesn't," Aidan appeared out of the kitchen.

"Oh come on," John was disappointed. Giggling at that, I smirk and say "Yeah, it's because I already claimed them both, sorry, all mine."
"You know sometimes you act like you have an obsession with Aidan," I say casually.
"Sometimes you act like a right tsundere," John adds.
"Shut up, I'm just saying don't take it too far," I smile.
"I know, I won't, what's going to happen between Rina and Aidan?" John enquires.
"I don't know, I'm planning to talk to Rina after school today," I shrug.
"Speaking of school, you should probably get ready or you're going to be late," John displayed the time on his phone. Fudge.

Rushing up the stairs, I quickly get changed into my uniform and pack my bag. Brushing my hair quickly, Aidan suddenly comes in all dressed and starts dragging me out my room.
"We're going to be late, your hair gets a mess anyway no point in brushing it," Aidan pulls me by my bag down the stairs.
"Gosh Lyra, you almost made us late," Matty sighed.
We start heading towards school where I just made it in time for form. "Lyra!" my teacher called my name out of the register.
"Yes, Sir," I reply then flop my head onto the desk.
"Oh, Lyra, can you send some of these files for me to these classes above," he asked me.
"Huh? Okay," I stand up and take the files, they were for a few people in the year above me ,who would often pick on Matty, and for Rina and Matty. The second bunch of files were for the people in our school college on the other side of school in - of course - Aidan's class. No wonder my teacher asked me because when it comes to them I know how to be sensible.

"You're just a slut aren't you? I bet you he ditched you because he found out that you are," I heard a girl say with a sassy tone and getting a cheer from some guys.
"We weren't even together!" I heard Rina's voice.
Knocking on the classroom door, I let myself in "Uh, hey I have a few files for some people, Daniel, Hayden, Sarah and Libby, Matty and Rina," I deliver my message.
"Oh well if it isn't Lyra, tell me is it true Rina was dumped? Obviously Aidan is into girls like me," the so-called Libby confronted me.
"No? They just had an argument? Besides the only reason Aidan would ever go for a whore like you is because he feels sorry for how desperate you are," I smirk winking at Rina.
"You little brat!" Libby yelled at me but had no come backs.
"Lyra here let me help you with that, Matty came over and took the files and passed them out ignoring how the usual were trying to trip him up. "Hey, hey Matty, you're never getting laid! Not even the girls living with you want you," Libby started again - this made Rina mad. Where the fudge is the teacher? That's what I was thinking. Grabbing hold of Libby's collar tightly, Rina slapped her leaving a bright red mark, "Shut your bitc* mouth up before I mess up that pretty little face of yours."
"Rina it's fine," Matty tried to convince her that it was okay incase Rina did anything further.
"Lyra go, before she does anything to you and makes me do anything irrational," Rina warned me which I listened to. Yikes.

Crossing to the other side of the building by the bridge, I reach Aidan's class and knock waiting for their teacher to let me in, his classes were a little more awkward because the aura around here was so much more mature and different.
"Come in," a teacher calls out.
"Oh, erm hi is this business? If so is Aidan, Kacy and Timmy in here?" I ask politely. (A/N: Hi I intrude your class uwu).
"Yes, they are, what do you need?" the teacher smiles at me sweetly.
"Erm, I have some files for them that's all," Aidan smiles at me which I wave at him.
"Who is she?" the girl beside him asked.
"Ah, one of my housemates," he explained.
"Wait what, she's what rly?" she seemed kind of mad.
"Hey, Lyra tell the others I'm busy after school so I'll be home late," he called out to me.
"Okay, I will," I signal him with an okay sign with my hand.

Wow the difference between two classes.

"My business with her is none of your business neither for anyone to assume anything!" someone was shouting in the corridor, I was curious. It sounded like Aidan. Peeping around the corner, I see a crowd forming around just a few familiar faces. Seemingly terrified, Rina was hiding behind Matty who was standing beside Aidan.
"It doesn't matter who you are, I don't care if you like me or not but don't go around butting into my life and trying to decide why and what I like, thank you," Aidan demanded clearly before brushing past a few people. Passing me, he stopped for a second and placed a hand on my head and then carried on.

Dashing towards Rina(pushing through some people only because I wanted to) I hug her tight and whisper in her ear to meet me after school.
