Max Knight was your regular rebellious teenager who escaped his home to have fun with the cool kids of the neighborhood. It was a hot summer night and Max was as usual out with his friends.

While walking the empty dark streets with the flickering yellow lights all of them busy with their smartphones; Michael, Max's closest friend, elbows Max's side and then shows him the headline of the news on his phone, "A man found hanging in his room".

"A lot of people have started killing themselves these days. It's all over the headlines. Is life really that boring?" Michael asks looking to all of the boys who were paying attention.

Max going back to his phone answers, "It's not boring. Their life just sucks."

Early morning was when Max finally decided to head home and get some sleep. Walking up the stairs through the silent and cold house he opened the door to his bedroom and shut the door followed by a click of the lock. Outside his door Max hears footsteps and guesses that it's his no good of a father who has taken notice of his arrival.

Max takes off his T-shirt and throws himself on his bed. Putting his headphones on he tries to sleep, but after a few minutes he finds himself needing to take a leak. Slowly groaning he gets up from his comfortable bed. Unlocking the door and heading toward the bathroom he notices the white light coming from under the bathroom door indicating that his father was inside. Not in the mood to wait he starts banging on the door and telling his father to hurry and get out.

Reaching the end of his patience, Max barges into the room not caring if as a result he ends up seeing his father's junk. Fortunately he didn't end up seeing his father's junk, yet he would have most certainly preferred seeing that rather than his father's body in a bloody bath tub with his wrists cut.
