The Start

-Misaki POV-

"RING!"

The Bell Rings which signals its time for class ,but since were sophmores-high school starts with sophmores- we have to go to the hall to get our welcoming introduction from the principle. Me, Kanako, and Yukina head towards the Hall.
I find my seat and look around as I can see sophmores gradually making their way towards their seats. I look around can't find anyone I know. So, I just get my phone out and start playing games.

I looked up from my phone and saw that they were going to start.

"Good Morning Students! I hope all of you are having a great day so far!" she looked around the room "You all look like lovely children! Well, enough talking about that let's get into the orientation."
Ugh. This will be boring.
"And as a reminder there will be desks outside the auditorium for you to get your class if you haven't already. Remember students, Have a Great First Day!"
Finally that was over with now to find Yukina and Kanako. Just as I was getting up I felt someone come up from behind me and push me.
"AHH!" I fell with a thud. God that hurt. I looked to see who had pushed me.

Oh no..

Scarlett Chizuko. My Bully since the 4th grade- with her little group.
"Opps! My bad Misa.." she held out her like she was sorry. I got up without her help and stared her straight into her Ivy Green Eyes with her Purple dyed hair.
"I don't need a fake girls help and my names Misaki not Misa."

"What was that, emo? I'm pretty sure I can call you whatever the heck I want."

"I said I don't need a-" before I could finish she pushed me back down to the floor.

"Misaki!!" I heard from a voice coming behind me. "Are you ok?" It was Yukina with Kanako trailing behind her.

"Yeah, just a little annoyed." I responded

"Ok.. Lets get going, we don't want some plastic to be following us around." Yukina said as she helped me up and gestured toward Scarlett and her little 'gang'.
We left the auditorium with Scarletts jaw dropped.

"Are u ok Misaki?" Kanako asked with a worried face.

"Yeah I'm fine.." I said with a forced smile. Kanako gave me a look that she didn't by it, but didn't want to push it.

"If you say so.. Well, lets get going we don't want to be late on the first day."Kanako said

"Yeah. Lets go get in line and see if we have class together." Yukina said

I headed to get in line since apparently Kanako and Yukina got there's mailed to them. Luckily there wasn't a lot of people in line I got up to the line pretty quickly.

"Name?"

"Chiya, Misaki" she scanned her paper looking for my name.

"You are in class 1A."

"Ok, thank you ma'am"

I walked away with a smile on my face because class 1A is the Advanced Class out of the sophomore classes. I found Kanako waiting in the sophomore hall.

"Hey Kanako!"

"You look Cheerful! What class are you in?"

"I am Cheerful! I'm in class 1A!!"

"Really!? I'm in there two!"

"Awesome! Where's Yukina?" I said looking around.

"She already is in her class she's in class 1B. I think she is helping her teacher."

"That's not surprising she was always the teachers pet type." I said and rolled my eyes.

"Hehe. She does seem like that. Lets get going I wanna see where I sit!" Kanako said leaping in joy.

We get to our class and take our seats. The class is set up in rows. 5x5 which means there is only 25 students in our class. We are seated in alphbetical order.

"Yay! Were right next to eachother!" Kanako gleemed

"Awesome.. But I don't now anyone else around me." I answered glumly.

"Well you have me, right?." Kanako said with a reassuring smile.

"Hopefully.." I said turning to enter the classroom. Kanako followed me in and we took our seats. Everyone else was busy talking to their friends in room. Kanako was sitting on my left by the window. We are sitting in the second row.

"Good Morning Class! Please get seated everyone." As from the look of him he is a deer- a really tall deer usually deer are 5,3' or shorter. But he is 5,8'.- with dark brown hair and light brown antlers. He also has these green eyes that are very mesmerizing.

"He seems nice" I heard Kanako whisper. I nodded my head in reply.

"Ok now class. My name is Mr. Hachi and as most of you can tell I am a deer-but- not just any deer. I'm a White-Tailed Deer which is a very rare breed. We are taller in size but we have smaller antlers. And yes we do have white tails."

After he introduced himself he started class.

"Now as most of you know some animal species come with a special ability which you are able to use magic. Animal High School has some students like that here that come here to get their education, but they have to keep their power a secret." He took a moment to look around the room. "There might even be some in here. Which would mean you would have powers and you'll have to go to a certain room after school, and that's when you will meet your team. Also you can't tell ANYONE about your powers or ONLY your teamates if you get in."

"Mr. Hachi? Why do we need to know this" The Kid two seats to my left asked.

"Well, we are about to go and take a test and see if you have powers. As that is being said." He looked at his watch "Its time to head down there now. Ok class go ahead and head towards the gym now."

We made it to the Gym we were seated. I got seated next to Kanako and This Guy with black hair and an eyepatch on one eye and his other eye gold. He caught me staring... We both looked each other straight in the eyes.
He was actually handsome.. Wait.. What!? I shook my head making him have a confused look.

"M-My name is M-Misaki." I tried to look like I had some confidence so I smiled.. Awkward..

"Riku.."

And that was the end of that conversation since the teachers had to ruin it..

"Hello everyone!" it was Mr. Hachi "I suppose your homeroom teachers have already informed you on the test we are about to take, so I am just going to tell you how its going to play threw." he turned his head and looked towards two doors. "These doors will take you to the test. You will be asked a task- and yes it's different for everyone- that will see if you can use magic. You will be randomly picked and the test will last 2 minutes for every student. Lets get started."

A Woman Started to talk I'm guessing that's the teacher for 1B that Yukina was talking to me about, Mrs. Rechi.
She is a Rabbit so she is short, but she is really nice and sympathetic.

"Lets Start with Yukina Chizuru."
