The Talk

-Riku's POV-

I got the text message and I decided to go. I mean even if something happened to me its not like I couldn't do anything about it. I have these new superpowers or whatever you would call them.

I walked down my hallway and grabbed my gray hoodie off of the jacket hooks by the door and threw it on.

"Where do you think your going young man?" My mom called out to me.

"Um.. A walk?" I said with a smile trying to not be suspicious.

"Fine. Don't be back late or there will be consequences."

"Ok mom, love ya!" I said closing the door. I walked down my drive way and onto the sidewalk. I live in a 'rich' neighborhood since my mom owns a business and my other mom is my school systems secretary. Yes my parents are lesbian.

I get to the neighborhood security gate and there's no one there. So I just use my keycard to open the person gate. I get my phone out to type in the address and it seems I already have it in my phone. It shows me as the school.

"The school?" I say out loud. That's interesting, well I guess I don't need maps anymore. I start walking towards the school and can see a figure standing at the entrance. Its Mrs. Kanami.

"Hi there! Your one of them right?" she asked me. I looked at her with a confused face. "Your one of the students that got the message, correct?"

"Oh, yeah."

"Well then, follow me!" I obliged and followed her. She took me onto the school grounds and we started walking.

"So, where are we going exactly?"

"Oh, just to my office." It was a pretty vague answer. I mean there's a lot of rooms in the school building so it could be anywhere! I've only gone to the freshman hallways and the gymnasium though. "We're here!"
Mrs. Kanami opened the door to her office. I didn't even realise that we came into a building. I went inside her room and saw Haruto Sachi. I've never talked to him so I just sat down silently next to him.

"Um, what hallway is this?" I asked Mrs.Kanami was making her way to do the door when I asked her that.

"Oh, we're in the Main Hallway." she responded and then left the room. Me and Haruto sat in silence for a while.

"So.. What now?" I asked looking at him with a confused look on my face.

"How should I know? She dragged me in here just like she did you."

"You've got a point there." we both laughed when I said that. Me and Haruto had class in Junior High but we didn't talk that much since he was sociable kid. Not popular, that didn't really suit him.

"Your Tadashi, Riku right?" he asked me.

"Yep, but you can just call me Riku.."

"You seem nice, I mean we've barely talked maybe like once or twice. What class are you in?"

"Oh, I'm in 1-B. You?"

"1-C. Mrs. Souch is SUPER strict. Like, you thought yours was strict, oh no, not like her."

"Wow, I've got Mrs. Rechi she's super nice, but really short."
