Chapter 2

Deku's POV

I wanted to go to UA the best hero academia . I knew I didn't have a chance inside but I still hoped for a quirk .

After what happend that day when Kacchan saved me he didn't come to school for a week . I'm actually worried for him ... It's not like I like him . I mean I don't know ...

~The next day~

Today Kacchan came to school ! I wanted to say 'hi' to him but he was avoiding me ? I couldn't tell . But I built up the courage to say something . " H- hi " I said while trembling.  " Hey nerd " he sayed . It was super weird . I mean I expected for him to say something like ' Fuck of nerd or I'll kill you !" He looked like he had something on his mind . " You seem to be thinking a lot,  what's it about " . I said not scared anymore since he didn't seem to care if I was there . He looked up at me and looked like he didn't know what to say . Also I could see him become pink . I thought he was sick so I said " Hey Kacchan are you okay ? Oh god you're forehead is heating up ! You should be in bed ! "  I was consered  for him ... " Ummm f-fine " . He only managed to say that much . " Hey ! It's the end of school ! ( hmmm everything somehow adds up right?) I can walk you home ! " I said with a charmfull face . " Yea sure , whatever " . He said . Quickly he got even more red .
" Lets go then ! " This was actually the first time in middle school when I wasn't scared of him . After a while we started to hang out . He still was the same Kacchan but I felt happy just being with him . A few months passed and I could say we were good friends . He defended me and helped me . He didn't want to admit it but he was my friend .

Kacchan's POV

By now I accepted that I love him . It's hard to believe or hear but it's true . I don't know how .

I wanted to go to UA , Deku wanted to go there too . I didn't know if he will . I mean he is still quirkles . But deep down I knew he would get in UA in his own Deku way .

~Two weeks later~( after the sluge monster and Midorya is training with Allmight )

THERE'S STILL TEN MONTHS UNTIL THE UA EXAMS START ! What the hell ! I seemed to notice that after the incident with the sluge monster Deku was tired or had some plans every single day . I think he's training since his muscles are getting bigger . At least he's doing something to get into UA . One time I got curious about what he was doing after school so I secretly followed him . He was going to a beach ? It was full of trash and old furniture . On one big fridge I saw Allmight ? Why is he sitting there ? And what I saw was true . I didn't want to inturupt them so I just went home .

And that happend almost every day for ten months.  They passed by very quick . It's even weird . Suddenly I was walking to a big building . On the front it said UA. I was exited but I already knew I was gonna beat all of these extras . I searched for Deku and saw him walking . I could see he was nervous . I started walking twords him when he tripped but some bitch with brown hair cought him with her quirk . I saw them talk for a bit and then she ran away . Being honest I was kinda jealous.  When she did go away I ran up to him and talked with him for a while . Then we got ready and soon saw that our exam places were not the same . That meant we couldn't meet up . We said our goodbyes and good luck and went to different sides . Before he could do that I hugged him as thight as I could . He suddenly blushed and said " Thanks "
" For what ? "
" For believing in me !" He smiled . Honestly I could do anything for that smile . I would die for it and I'm not lying . Everything happend so fast and I was standing near the gate with all these extras surrounding me . I just hope he gets in . That's all I could think about .

~ After the exam ~

I wanted to meet up with him . I just wanted to know how he did . I asked one of the workers there where is he . Suddenly I started running . He was at the nurse with serious injuries.  I knew that will happen . I mean huge ass robots ? A quirkles boy like him would get crushed . I opened the door and saw almost his whole body broken . The nurse said " He will be ok . I will say you were here when he wakes up . " I accepted that . I don't know how but I was happy that at least he was okay . I went home and wated for a call from Deku . Tomorrow he called me and said he was " okay " . By his voice it seemed the complete opposite.  I could hear that he was crying earlier.  I didn't say anything though . I just hoped that he got in . I asked how many point he got but he didn't tell me  . That meant he got less than a few points . I just knew him that well . Even I was sad for him .

~A week later~

The answer already came . Of course I got in but I was scared for Deku . Surprisingly he called me . Even I was too scared to call him .
" Kacchan ..."
" What ?"
"I - I got into UA!"
I could say how happy he was  . " That's great . I'm so proud of you ! " I could hear he was crying of joy . He finally reached his dream . The other step was to become a hero .  Now I knew he could and he would reach his dream of becoming a pro hero . " Hey Deku let's hang out today !" I said . " Sure " he replied . Little did I know this was the last time I'll hang out with him for years and years ...
