Ok so, I know I've been writing a lot of cuter scenes because I love them. However, we all know Hogwarts doesn't stay chill for long so... Prepare for some angst.

Not yet, tho.

Kara's eyes shot open. Her gaze fell upon her girlfriend, who was still fast asleep, laying flat on top of her. She smiled.

After a few minutes of watching her sleep, she noticed Lena furrowing her eyebrows and shifting around every now and then. Her smile dropped.
"No... no, leave-... leave her..." Lena spoke, barely audible and muffled into Kara's shoulder. Her eyes scrunched up in her sleep. "Please... y-you... can't- can't... take her."

Kara breathed in; She wanted to do everything she could to stop the clear nightmare her girlfriend was having. Kara placed a gentle hand on her cold cheek.
"Lena? Lena, wake up." She whispered. But the Luthor only moved around more. Quickly, Kara made sure the duvet and blankets were covering her and protecting her from rolling off of Kara.

"No!" Lena escaped the nightmare with wide eyes and heavy breathing. Her pupils darted around frantically. Kara lifted both hands to cup her face delicately.

"Hey, hey, you're alright. You're safe." Kara attempted to calm her down, but Lena remained in frantic mode. The raven haired girl pulled herself into a sitting position, now sat in Kara's lap. She grabbed hold of Kara's wrists and stared into blue eyes.

"K-Kara?" She asked.
"Yes, yes I'm here. Lena listen to me." Kara caressed her cheek and waited until Lena gulped and nodded. "You're safe. You had a nightmare. It was just a-"

"No, I'm not. It was- in my- my dream, you were- we- Lex-" Lena's voice was shaky. Kara shushed her before pulling her into a tight embrace. The Slytherin held on as tightly as she could, burying her head into the crook of Kara's neck. Kara stroked her raven hair, whispering reassurance.

Once Lena's heart rate slowed down into a normal pace, she began to explain again. "You're not safe." She stated. Kara pulled away, keeping her hands firmly onto Lena's shoulders. She gave her a questioning look.

Lena melted into Kara after seeing her worried eyes and expression. She knew her girlfriend was in danger, but she couldn't stop it, nor could she explain it. "Lex- He's coming... for you. You- you have to leave m-me." Lena sobbed into Kara's neck again.

Silence followed. It surrounded them. Lena had nothing else to say, too afraid that if she moved she would feel new emotions after what she had just said. Kara was speechless.

The blonde glanced over at the two presents sat on the bottom shelf of one of the bookcases. She didn't want anything to ruin today. Maybe Lena was just nervous?

"Shall we open our presents?" Kara smiled down at Lena, who pulled away and looked nervously towards her. With a slow nod, Kara's face immediately brightened as she reached over for them.

Kara handed Lena her present, and somehow sat patiently. Lena stared in wonder at the blonde, who faintly hinted for her to open hers first. Still shocked, Lena slowly teared the wrapping paper away, revealing a small black book with golden letters engraved.
'Kara and Lena'

"It's a diary." Kara quickly mentioned, smiling in relief when she saw the genuine surprise smile that made its way onto Lena's face.
"I... I love it! Thank you, Kara." Lena held the diary against her chest, against her heart, and leaned in to peck her girlfriend on the cheek.

Kara's shoulders lifted and her eyes closed in happiness. When she opened them, Lena was eagerly waiting for Kara to open her present. By the time Lena has blinked, the wrapping paper was discarded and the Hufflepuff was gazing at a small necklace in a small black box.

The chain was silver, decorated with a small glass heart. Inside, two orbs, one green and one yellow, danced around. Tears were streaming from Kara's eyes as she glanced over to Lena. The Slytherin oddly held a guilty expression. "Lena... this is beautiful. I love it lots."

Lena visibly exhaled, releasing all the nervous tension. They gazed at each other for a while, both thinking of how much they cared for the other. Lena was the first to move, scooting closer across Kara's lap until they were enveloped into a hug. Lena began speaking softly, but it was too quiet to hear.

"What was that, Lee?" Kara asked, her gaze wandering down to her girlfriend. Lena reluctantly lifted her head out of Kara's neck in order to repeat,
"Can we stay here forever?" She whispered.
"I don't know about right here, I think we'll get kicked out by Winn or someone but... I'm definitely planning on staying with you forever."

"Forever?"

"Forever."

At the start of the chapter I talked about potential angst. I still feel the need to add it in because it's Hogwarts after all. I'm not sure how many more chapters I'm going to make of this book as I'm writing a few more and I also need to start studying for school a little more.

Please please comment ideas that have anything to do with supercorp. Whether it be a small, simple one shot or a full book like this one. I think my future books may be shorter, but each chapter will have more content and more effort than I already put in, and therefore more stories/books.

Thanks :)
