Who knew - Jackson Felt + Payton Moormeier

*Next morning
Anna's pov

Waking up to Jackson's alarm clock at 4am did not put me in quite a good mood. But his reasoning did. I woke up with Jackson's arms around me. Being too lazy and very comfortable, I slowly woke him up. Wanting him to turn off his alarm. When he woke up he turned around and turned the clock off. Then turning back to me and holding me tighter. Falling back asleep for a bit on accident.

*5 minutes later

I woke up to Jackson kissing my face all over, him telling me to get up and get dressed. That we were going to go see the sun rise. I asked if I should wake up Alex and Payton and Jackson replied with a simple
"if you want to."
I decided to keep it to just jackson and myself, for a special moment. We went to the room of their airbnb which had a cute balcony. We sat on the bench that was up there and waited for the sun to rise. About 20 minutes passed and you could see the sun at the edge of the horizon.

*30 minutes later
Third person

The sunrise was absolutely beautiful and it was now brighter outside. Jackson had his arm over Anna's shoulders the entire time the sun was rising. Just holding her close. Since it was  brighter outside meaning time has passed. Jackson told Anna he wanted to sleep for longer so they went back to bed. After a hour since Jackson and Anna went back to bed, Payton and Alex started to wake up. Alex's head resting on Payton's chest. Deciding they don't want to get up and just want to stay close. Payton got out his phone, staying in the same position. While Alex just rested her head, keeping it on his chest, while thinking. Occasionally Payton would lean down and kiss Alex's head.

*Alex's pov

After a while of just thinking I got bored. So I grabbed my phone and went onto snapchat. I took a picture of me with my head on Payton's chest when he wasn't paying attention. It was really cute. He was looking at his phone while I was grinning, just being happy to be with him at the moment. I captioned it "😙" and posted it to my private story. I clicked through some stories when I came across his. It was a picture of his forehead and with "👀" emoji. I looked up at him confused.
"why'd you post that on your story?" I asked.
"idk just to mess with people." he said.
It seemed like he was lying but I left it at that and went to scroll through instagram.

*third person

After everyone was awake and moving, they decided to go to the Santa Monica Pier. Since they got a Airbnb close, they just walked there. They all packed and headed out. Once there, Alex and Payton took some pictures together and separately for instagram with the ferris wheel in the back. Then Jackson and Anna did the same but with the ocean in the back. After looking through all the pictures, Alex picked one with her walking towards the ferris wheel looking back at Payton (who was taking the picture) and one of her facing the ferris wheel with peace signs held up. Captioning it
"what's up Los Angeles!✌🏼🎡"
then posting it. She then quickly went to her spam (which was private) and posted a picture of her with payton kissing her cheek captioning that
"behind the scenes☺️"
then sliding her phone into her pocket.
"LETS RIDE THE FERRIS WHEEL NOW!!" Payton yelled running towards the ride.
Jackson and Anna got into one cart while Alex and Payton got into another. Since Anna was terrified of heights, she clung onto Jackson. Holding his arm tightly, scared to look down and scared to fall. While this was happening Payton was about to do something he wished he did earlier. Slowly getting closer to Alex.
"Never would I ever think that I would have someone like you in my life, especially come into my life the way you did," he said while slightly laughing, holding Alex's hand tightly.
"I wished I did this earlier, but I was terrified of denial," he said while slowly turning to face Alex.
The Ferris wheel stopped the two at the top.
"So would you, Alex, be my girlfriend." Payton finished saying.
Alex was in shock. Complete and utter shock.
"Of cou-course, o-o-of course, of cour-se I will." Alex said while tears welled up in her eyes, stuttering, throwing her arms around Payton.
Holding him tighter then ever. Payton pulled back a bit and kissed Alex. Their cart now slowly being let down, getting closer to the ground. When Alex, Payton, Jackson, and Anna all got off the ride Jackson and Anna were wondering what was wrong with Alex. She could not wipe the smile off her face. So happy that her and Payton were together.
"What happened up there?" Jackson said.
"Payton finally grew balls and asked me out." Alex said while reaching for Payton's hand.

*Alex's pov

Oh my god that really just happened. I cant believe it! IM DATING PAYTON MOORMEIER! Wowowow. I don't even know what to think. I was holding his hand swinging our arms back and forth while we walked down the board walk. I quickly filmed a boomerang of me and Payton's hands tangled together. I put the date and a heart emoji then posted it to "close friends." Anna and Jackson were walking behind payton and I just the same. I looked over at Anna,
"bro we can go on our first double date together!" I smiled and told her.
She smiled even bigger and said
"YES! Im so excited!"
We told the boys they'd have to go on an official double date with us eventually and they agreed. We all enjoyed the rest of the night until it was completely dark outside. We ordered an uber to get home, then immediately fell asleep.
