Y/N laid idly underneath an umbrella, watching the clouds pass by.
Y/N - This isn't nearly as relaxing as I thought it would be.
Sitting up, he glanced around, hoping to find something to do. Seeing the metal baseball bat he had fixed since the departure from Retardville, he stood up, and walked over to it.
Picking up the blunt object, he turned it over a few times, inspecting the damage. There were a few clumps of hair from god knows which part of the body, scratches from blocking attacks, a few dents here and there, and a few splotches of blood for good measure. Seeing these marks reminded him of what happened, and he began thinking of what else he could do with his voice.
Taking the collar off, he looked around for something to test his voice on. Seeing a ladybug, he squatted next to it, then thought of something to say.
Y/N - (Dovazhul) Disappear.
The ladybug vanished, and Y/N stood back up, looking around.
Y/N - (Dovazhul) Uh... Reappear?
But nothing happened, taking a step forward, he heard a sickening crunch, and flinched. Lifting his foot, he sighed sadly.
Y/N - (Dovazhul) Sorry, little guy... or girl. Sorry for assuming your gender.
After scraping the bug off the sole of his foot, he thought of something else.
Y/N - 'Hm... maybe I could summon a dragon... Nah, that wouldn't work. ...Well, I guess it's worth a shot. If I remember correctly, his name was...'
Y/N recalled the dragon's name, then took a deep breath.
Y/N - (Dovazhul) Odahviing!
He waited, but nothing happened. Thinking it didn't work, he shrugged, but flinched when he heard a distant roar. Looking into the sky, he saw him. Odahviing the dragon, soaring straight for him. Y/N closed his eyes, and blocked his face with his arms.
The ground rumbled, and Y/N opened his eyes, and gasped. Odahviing was bowing before him, and waiting.
Odahviing - (Dovazhul) Dovahkin... I have waited a long time for your return. Where you need be transported?
Y/N - (Dovazhul) Y-You're actually real?
Odahviing - Very, Dovahkin. As is my fate, I shall take you wherever you need to go.
Y/N - (Dovazhul) Well, uh... I don't really need you to take me anywhere, so for now... why don't you just hang out with me?
Odahviing - (Dovazhul) ...Pardon?
Y/N - (Dovazhul) There's not many places to go here, so... you can just hang out with me, if you want.
Odahviing's tail started thumping the ground.
Odahviing - (Dovazhul) R-Really? You request my presence?
Y/N - (Dovazhul) Well, only if you want to.
Odahviing's tail started thumping the ground harder.
Odahviing - (Dovazhul) O-Of course, Sir Dovahkin!
Y/N motioned for Odahviing to follow him, and he gladly did so. After a bit of walking, Odahviing sniffed at Y/N's pocket.
Odahviing - (Dovazhul) What is that, Sir Dovahkin?
Y/N - Oh, this is a collar that translates the language I'm speaking right now into Japanese, so I don't cause an accident.
Odahviing - (Dovazhul) I see... Though, why do you wear such a thing?
