Chapter 05
3rd person «Harry»

Liam finally arrived, stepping out of the taxi into Harry's driveway. He walked downstairs, soon hearing a knock at the door. He opened it to see Liam with a suitcase and a bag on his back.

"Hug me brother," Liam softly said, happy to see his old best friend from London. They threw themselves into each other's arms, hugging tightly, occasionally patting each other's backs.

"I miss ya," Harry spoke, placing his hands on Liam's shoulders, backing away from their hug.

"I miss you too mate," Liam smiled.

"Let's get you situated, why don't we?" Harry offered, waving his hand towards the stairs, motioning to follow him. He easily grabbed Liam's suitcase and carried it for him.

Harry led Liam into the guest bedroom, placing his suitcase on the bed. He then gave Liam a quick tour of the house. It was around 11pm, and Harry was starting to get sleepy, so he said goodnight to Liam, and exited into his room. Collapsing onto the bed, and immediately falling asleep.

Next Day

Harry grabbed the handle, and pulled it back, causing it open. He led Liam inside, heading straight for the office to set him up with classes. Liam wasn't planning nor wanting to go to school, but Harry thought it was better for him than to be sitting at home all day.

Harry secretly enjoyed school, not that he would ever show that he does though.

"Harry!" Someone called from down the hallway, he turned his head and saw Zayn walking over to them with his hands in his pockets.

"Who's that?" Liam whispered into Harry's ear.

"Zayn," Harry replied, looking back at Zayn, who was now approaching them.

"What's up my man," Zayn said while throwing a hand shake at Harry, "Who's your friend?" He said, eying Liam.

"Liam," he answered, also raking over Zayn's body, he wore a black leather jacket, tight black jeans with holes at the knees, had slicked back black hair, and a sharp jawline, was also very tan, even though it was winter.

"You got it?" Zayn turned to Harry after basically eye-fucking with Liam. Harry pulled an envelope out of his bag and handed it to Zayn, who then opened it and checked it, after he was done with that, he looked back up at Harry.

"Great," Zayn said, clicking his tongue and turning around, after shooting a wink at Liam.

"Let's get you to the office big boy," Harry laughed, then turned to lead the way.

"What was the money for?" Liam asked, curious.

"Quiet," Harry whispered, shushing Liam, "little drug dealing action, want in?" Harry gently punched Liam's arm and looked at him.

"Do I even need to answer?" Liam spoke, smiling and looking at Harry again.

"Alrighty then," Harry laughed, still walking with him to the office.

Once they made it to the office, Harry slowly opened the door, to see a woman at the reception desk.

"Can I help you?" The woman asked, she looked in her early thirties, long brown hair, with blue eyes.

"My friend here just came here from London, was wondering if he could get started right away?" Harry asked, shyly. The woman checked her computer, and clicked a few times, with a confused look on her face.

"Your name is?" She asked, looking at Harry.

"Harry, Styles," he said, with soft eyes, but soon making them go blank of emotion.

"And what is your name?" She directed towards Liam.

"Liam Payne," she nodded and clicked a few more times, looking back and forth between a paper, jotting things down, and her computer screen.

"Alright, well I'm sure Harry here has already shown you around, but if you need help, come here. My name is Ms. Ricci, here's your schedule," she placed a piece of paper on the counter, "first is English, down the hall to the right," she pointed at a room with her pencil, circling the box sloppily.

Liam nodded every time she looked up to see if he heard everything she was saying. Soon, we were exiting the room into the hallway.

They made their way to the farthest bathroom where nobody goes so that they could smoke. Harry hopped onto the counter and pulled a joint out of his pocket, along with a lighter.

"So you got away without a problem?" Harry asked, looking up at Liam after putting the lighter down.

"I think so, I guess we'll see in the next few days, but I think I pulled it off," Liam said confidently, then putting the joint back in his mouth.

"I'm happy for you mate," Harry smiled at him, proudly.

"Thanks H," Liam got up from the cold tiles on the bathroom floor, and walked over to the garbage by the door. He pulled a piece of paper out of his back pocket, and tossed it in the trash. Right as he did that, the door flew open, causing the person who did it to run straight into him.

"I'm so sorry," the tiny boy looked into Liam's eyes, they were filled with emotion.

"Take it easy why don't you," Liam said as he pushed him straight back into the door that was slowly closing.

"He didn't mean to, look at him, he's got something spilt all over, you wouldn't want to be in public like that would you?" Harry said, feeling bad for the boy, who he saw the other day.

"Whatever," Liam said, rolling his eyes in annoyance.

The boy carefully walked over to the sink, and began running the faucet.

"What's your name?" Harry asked.

"Louis, and yours?" He replied, now rubbing the water filled towel harshly against his already soaked jumper.

"Harry," he tried wiping his jumper, but nothing happened. The next few minutes were filled with small talk but was interrupted by the first bell. Liam left to his first period who he had with Louis.

Harry thought Louis was adorable, he felt horrible for him that he had to deal with Zayn's dumb ass stunts.

He sat through biology, his lab partner was a boy called Landon, he wasn't too fond of him, he didn't try at all. He loves school, well he used to, still does but is unable to express that.

He doesn't get across to well to others. People think he is cold, he is, but not at heart, there's still a bit of warmth deep inside, but he doesn't choose to show it to others.

He doesn't communicate well anymore, he used to be so preppy and cute to others but it wore off after the night of a party back in December of 2017.

He still can't get the constant visions out of his head, in which are flashing through his mind every second, causing him to fall into the trap of darkness.
