He nodded this time. 'Text me when you get home.'
I respond with a thumbs up and ran to catch up with Seán.Seán was racing ahead of me. I had to sprint to catch up to the angry man.
As I caught up to Seán, I grabbed his sleeve. Seán was taken aback an fell over onto me. I grunt, trying to hold up his weight as well as mine.
I push him over onto a wall and take a glance to see if I hurt him. Seán however was laughing hysterically. I pull away from him, wondering if he may be too drunk to walk home with.
'Should we call Mark?' I sign to him.
Seán looks to me, still giggling and tilted his head.
Great, this barrier again.
I roll my eyes and pull my phone out.
You: Where do you live?
I sent the text to Seán and waited for his response.
Seán glanced at his phone and wiggled his eyebrows at me. Heat filled my face and as I was about to sign to him to stop, he grabbed my hand and began leading me to where I believed was his home.
As we walked, I took in his appearance. He had such soft brown locks that he swooped to the side, except that with the fight with Mark and the drinks, he had it disheveled.
My eyes traveled down his body. It seemed he only hand two tattoo's. I didn't recognize them at all but they looked really beautiful.
His hands were soft as they gripped mine. He was careful not to squeeze too hard and held my hand gently.
I looked away from Seán himself. My face was getting to heated and I couldn't withstand looking at... Him. Anymore.
Seán squeezed my hand making me glanced at him once more. I saw him smile and my heart dropped.
I couldn't return the smile.
---
Seán continued until we ended up at a small one floor house.I looked over to Seán 'is this where you live?'
I'm sure the alcohol is wearing off because Seán still had a dumbfounded look on his face but after a minute he realized what I said.
He nodded walking to the door. He let go of my hand to get out his keys and opened his door.
'I'll see you later then' I sign to him as he walked in the door and start backing away. I'm sure I can catch up on some sleep if I get home now.
Seán hits me with another confused look, but not because of language barrier. 'No'. He signs and walks out to escort me in.
I glance over to him as he walked me in to the house and shut the door. 'Why? I need to go home and sleep so I can go to school tomorrow.'
Seán shook his head. 'It's late. I don't care what you say.' He walked around his house grabbing blankets and a few pillows and set it up on his couch.
I sigh giving in. He is right. I don't want to get jumped or worse.
I walk over to the couch and start to set up the blankets to my liking.
Seán tapped my shoulder and shook his head. 'Follow me.'
Seán walked over to a closed door and opened it, revealing a bedroom.
I shake my head looking to Seán. 'I can't take your bed.' He waved me off smiling.
'Don't worry about me.'
I walked into the bedroom a small bit and turned around. 'Thank you..'
Seán smiles a small bit, reaching for the doorknob, both of us, nose width apart. 'You're welcome (y/n)..'
