In a world where 80% of the people has a supernatural power called quirks the other 20% stayed the same old humans. In masafusu hospital a certain black hairs baby boy with green tint was born. (Yes the baby was somehow born with a full set of hair?) The mother of said boy was so happy to see her baby. "What will you name this boy ms.midoriya" said the nurse.
His name will be izuku, izuku midoriya.
"Alright, I will be back with the documents"
4 year time skip.
It was a day before izuku midoriyas birthday and boy oh boy was he excited. He becomes 4 in a day and he was excited to get a quirk and become a hero. His best friend katsuki bakugou already got his quirk of explosion. Katsuki or kacchan got immediate praise from his teachers to fellow kids about his quirk being so cool and how he will be the next big hero.
Next day izuku woke up a bit drowsy but his expression changed immediately from tired to excitement. "Today's the day I get my quirk!!!!!" Izuku said while standing from his bed. Izuku then ran to the living room to be greeted by his loving mother inko and breakfest. "Good morning izuku" said inko Good morning mom! Izuku then sat on the table and ate his breakfest while watching a hero tv show.
Time skipuu jutsu
Izuku was now in the hospital with his mother. "Umm izuku... izuku" said the nurse. Uhh yes that's me? Said izuku. "Ohh this way please" said the nurse. And with that he was now in front of the doctor awaiting for the result.
"You should give up on being a hero"
Ehhh?
"You see midoriya, you don't have a quirk"
What?
"Right over here on his pinky toe, He has an extra joint which means he don't have a quirk"
So my son do not have a quirk?!
"Yes"
Izuku's whole face then went pale as if he has seen a ghost, and he dropped his allmight figure. Inko looked over at her son with a sad expression. The midoriya family left the doctor and went to there car. The car was completely silent, no one uttered a single word and even tho the window was rolled down the mother and her son couldn't hear a single thing. They were to shocked from the realization.
When reaching home izuku went straight to the computer and watched a video of all might saving people. His mother soon followed to see izuku.
Can I be a hero? Izuku said in the verge of tears. His mom couldn't say anything so she ran to her son, hugged him and just said sorry..... over and over again.
The next day which was a Sunday, izuku left home and went to the park. There he would see his best friend swinging on the slide. When katsuki spotted the green head he jumped off the swing an ran to him.
So what quirk did you get? Asked kacchan.
Izuku couldn't tell his best friend that he was quirkless so he just said he was a late bloomer.
So your basically quirkless?

Izuku couldn't help but cry since his best friend called him useless. And with that the ash blonde started to hit his "best friend" with his quirk. Calling him a deku and stuff. On his last explosion he put too much power and he knocked deku over in which deku hit his head on a piece of rock, knocking him unconscious. When izuku woke up it was already dark. He got up and dusted him self off, Izuku then remembered what happend and he started to cry. He not only felt sad but also betrayed.
When walking on the street he stumbled over to the wall. Surprisingly a tile from the wall fell off. When izuku got up he saw what was in the wall. When looking he saw a box. Inside the box was a bunch of shining blue dice.
