It was the start of the annual UA sports festival and Izuku was beyond happy.
This was his opportunity to become a hero, his dreams since the day he could talk.
Present mic started introduced each class. Midnight then came to talk about other stuff. When she was done talking, she gave Izuku a look and told everybody that izuku was the first year representative. Izuku was shocked since he didn't know that he was his class representative and second, he simply didn't prepare a speech. He quickly froze time to think of a speech he could say. Izuku thought of one that was decent and just went with that.
Izuku p.o.v:
I walk to the mic with my head down. Even tho I didn't see it, I could feel everybody staring at me.
When I get to the mic, I simply said some words of inspiration and to go beyond plus ultra. The entirety of the people in the stadium clapped at the final words of my speech. Midnight sensei then spinned a wheel.
It landed on obstacle course and everybody got ready.
Third person p.o.v
Izuku stayed at the back of the tunnel, ready to win. Midnight screamed go and with that, everybody ran. Izuku on the other hand was using clairvoyance to see where the finish line was. He then teleported to the end. The stadium uproared to see somebody already finishing in a minute. One by one the others came. Midnight then stayed who was first and last. She then said midoriyas score and points.
