A few months later, Namjoon pulled up to your office with the paperwork in his hand. You had already been prepared to sign it and end things, it was the right time as you had both discussed. He handed you the paper and told you exactly where to initial and signed. It was a bittersweet memory when you thought back to that night.

"I want a divorce," he said. And that was the end of it. He went on to explain his reasoning. But he didn't need to. That was the beauty of your relationship with him, you read his mind before he could finish the sentence, and that's why you agreed to the divorce.

After signing, you put the papers in the yellow envelope and sealed it shut. "I'll send them to the lawyer tomorrow." he said. You nodded in satisfaction. Jungkook had watched the whole things and was slightly annoyed.

"What's with this weird tension?" he asked. "You make it seem like you're actually getting a divorce and separating."

The comment made Namjoon laugh. You answered in his stead. "Well we are getting a divorce, that part is real."

"Yeah, but you'll get married again so what's the point of going through the paperwork." the baby asked. It took a lot of explaining for him to understand why you were getting a divorce as he, Taehyung and Hoseok were the only ones that you told about what happened. As for the marriage, Namjoon told the family you would be having a one-year renewal of vow that will be the actual wedding.

"Because I want to do it right." Namjoon declared as he pulled you closer by the waist. "I want to do it right for the woman I love." he said and kissed your cheek.

"Gross, please go away." Jungkook groaned.

"I thought you like the two of us together." you asked, chuckling. The baby made a weird and disgusted face.

"That was before I knew how mushy and cheesy you two would be together." he answered.

"Wait til you see us kiss!" Namjoon exclaimed and pretended to pull you in for one. Jungkook put his hands up in prayer position.

"No, no, no. Please spare me." he yelled, eyes closing.

"I'm just teasing. But I really can't help it. All these years of not being able to show my feelings to her just splurged up all at once and I want to savor every moment of it." Namjoon smiled at you. He would have kissed you passionately if Jungkook wasn't in the room right now.

"Hyung, no offense, but I don't think you did a good job of hiding your feelings." Jungkook pointed out.

Namjoon put a hand on his chest, jokingly offended."What? I thought I did exceptionally well, I had you fooled..." Jungkook shook his head.

"The only person you fooled was Y/N, she's not very bright as it is." You took off your heel and threatened to throw it at him and he made the 'go for it' gesture with his hands. Namjoon intercepted the heel.

"Alright, I think it's time we take our leave." Namjoon said, the heel still in his hand.

"We?" you asked. There hadn't been any other plan for today except signing the divorce papers.

"Yeah, Jungkook and I of course." Namjoon said sarcastically, winking at you. But Jungkook actually stood up and grab his coat. Namjoon bit his lips,"Buddy, I was joking." he continued. Jungkook was stunned, then cleared his throat and looked away gloomily.

He scoffed. "I knew that. Now go."

"Where are we going?" you asked once Jungkook had pushed you two outside.

"We gotta go celebrate our divorce!" he exclaimed. People passing by gave you both confused and pitied look.

"You really shouldn't say it like that." you said quietly. "People might get the wrong idea."

"Fine." he said. "We're going to celebrate the union, reunion, or whatever you want to call it." He grabbed your hand and began running in some unknown direction. The cards were glued, cemented even by the two of you. Now, with him in the open sky, you felt fearless. And also a pain, that's when you realized he was still holding onto one of your heels.
