Dear Diary,
I think I have found the perfect eating plan. I want to start off slow. I looked online and every website told me that people fail because they rush. I will not fail. And as much as I want to jump right into not eating at all, I don’t want to go weak. I found this amazing website that down amazing ground rules. I’ll list them out as I go, one step at a time. You know, I never classified myself as a girl to keep a diary, but I can’t tell anyone that I’m going ana. My best friend keeps a diary. I asked her why and her answer was brilliant. She said “It helps to tell someone how you feel instead of trapping it inside., but what if no one listens? What if they argue with you, or judge you? What then? You see, a diary can’t talk, you can spill all your deadly secrets and it won’t tell anyone,” With those words I will say, or rather write, you are my new bestfriend, Diary. You are my new safety net.
Rule 1: Do not under any circumstance eat after 6pm. Do not eat before 3am.
