Officer Emma cuffed Piper, and put her in the back of a cruiser. "You can't do this! Let me go. I'm innocent!" Piper yelled
"I can. And I will" Emma said getting into the front seat. "When we get to the prison you can call your lawyer. Or we will find one for you to call if you don't have one"
"No. I have one" Piper sighed as Emma pulled out of the jail parking lot and headed west for the prison. "Get comfy, it's a thirty five minute drive"
Piper rolled her eyes, and looked out the window
IN MIAMI
"We're here" Katie said, shaking Jake awake. He opened his eyes, yawned and looked around
"Where are we?"
"We're at the mission. Wake up buddy" Katie said
Jake got up, and poured coffee into a travel mug. "What time is it?"
"It's currently 2am" Katie said "we gotta drive to the local station to find stuff out"
"Alright" jake said following Katie off the plane and to the taxi that was awaiting outside the plane. They gathered into it, told the cab the location and than took off
Eighteen minutes later they arrived at the station. Jake and Katie walked into the station, where Officer McKay greeted them
"Hi, you must be the agents covering the case. I'm Jenny, Officer McKay. I'll be taking you through the evidence and stuff"
"Alright" jake said, "lead us to the room"
McKay, Katie, Jake and another officer gathered into a room, where their was a murder board, with the victims bodies, the trails and leads.
"What's the M.O?" Katie asked
"Young victims, he targets them. The youngest he has killed was a ten year old, he raped and killed her"
"Oh my god" Katie said "we need to find this guy"
"We will" Jake said "Where has he planted the bodies? Do you have a trail on that? A pattern."
"He loves to put them close to other murder scenes he's done. He killed the ten year old in Bayview park, a week later another woman was found under the slide right where the ten year old was"
"So he repeats where he places bodies. So that means he's not very smart, or he has memory issues"
"He likely has schizophrenia if he can't trust any other spots. If he's lashing out" Katie said
"Lashing out? Katie really? He's a murder. He's doing it for a reason" Jake said "maybe An abusive home?"
"That could be a possibility" Officer McKay said
"Whatever the problem is, we need to stop these murders!" Jake said "we need to find this guy, no matter what"
Jake and Katie stormed out of the office
