Hi guys, so i know it's been a hot sec but, i am gonna keep updating this book i promise!
I meant to last week and over weekend but i've been very down and stressed lately, but im forcing myself to write now even though im mentally exhausted- so sorry if this ends up making zero sense :/

I know i've briefly touched on this before? But i wanted to make a whole chapter on it so yeah here it is i guess,

What exactly is tucking?

Tucking is a practice well known in trans and drag circles, it involves putting one's pens between and behind one of the legs (or just pulled back between), so that it's not visible at the front of the body. Some people also push their testicles back as well, where as others move them upward and rest them on the lower part of the abdomen, before securing them in place (you have a few options on securing them in place, i'll go into this don't worry)

What is a gaff?

A gaff is underwear designed for tucking. You can choose to wear this under your clothing and it will smooth out the appearance of the pelvic and crotch area as well as hold your penis and testicles in place.

How to size a gaff-

Choosing the right size gaff is pretty similar to choosing the right size underwear? Measure around the circumference of your waist, just above the hips. Then check the size chart on the product page of your desired gaff and see what size category your measurement fits into. This should give you a good idea of the size that is most likely to fit you comfortably! They should be snug and secure but not too tight or painful !

Tape-

You could also tuck with sports tape, using it to hold your genitals in place. This can be painful or hard to remove and i personally wouldn't use it.

D.I.Y Gaff-

When i tuck, i use my d.i.y gaff. To make this i either cut the waistband off tights or leggings then the tube part off a sock
Then put the waistband through the sock tube and then you effectively have leg holes either side?? This isn't perfect but it holds my tuck in place for a certain amount of time and looks okay tbh. - can get painful fast tho sooo be careful!!

General Tucking Tips-

-Do not tuck whilst sleeping
-A lot of sweat and bacteria builds up when you tuck so wash your genitals and tucking aid regularly
-If it gets painful then untuck and take a break asap!
-Only tuck for 4-8hours max, depending on experience, activity level and if it starts to hurt.

Okay sooo i hope this helped ! I LOVE YOU LADIES
