-before i start properly, i really really want to apologise for not updating in like 3 months.
I feel awful but life's been sorta hectic and im sure ya'll understand when depression whoops your ass and you just don't have the motivation.
But i really am sorry, I'll try work on it.So, this chapter is a little different i guess? It's about coping in an unsupportive environment, rather than actual passing or dysphoria tips this i more about the, just existing as a trans person part. So, lets get started
-Find a community. This can be online or a group of irl friends. Having a group of supportive, accepting, people, makes a huge difference.
You could do this by getting involved in school activities, local events , or online support groups.-Keep yourself educated on the matter, that way you can then be more comfortable and sure of yourself.
-Keep yourself busy, staying distracted via writing, music, revision, homework, tv, youtube, etc. Helps keep your mind from overthinking and keeps you calm.
-Talk to someone if you can, a friend, counsellor or helpline. Talking can help make things alot easier and healthier to cope with. If in danger please speak asap.
-Try and get parcels delivered to a trusting friend if possible. Things like gaffs, bras, fake boobs etc. Or even just fem clothes. Its easier to hide them that way.
-Have a small item that brings confidence. E.g. a small pin badge that brings reassurance or confidence when you look at it.
K that's all i got peeps.
I promise I'll update this soon XDCya x
