The Birth of Wendy Koopa

In December of 2000, Sheila became pregnant with her fourth child. Morton Sr., who now goes by his middle name Frank due to his disappointment in Morton Jr., was sure they were going to have their first daughter.

Frank: I'm just saying, we already have three sons, so I think we're going to have a girl.

Sheila: If you say so.

Ludwig: I think it would be nice to have a sister.

Frank: You think so?

Ludwig: Yeah, because...

Sheila: (interrupting) Ludwig, did you clean your room?

Ludwig: Yeah, why?

Sheila: There's a brown spot on your rug.

Ludwig: (angry) ROY!!!

Ludwig ran up to his room to clean the rug.

Sheila: Yeah, I figured Roy did it.

Frank: Yeah, I think Ludwig had his room clean, but Roy came in and ruined it.

Sheila: I really think Roy should learn some manners.

Frank: Don't bother, he won't listen.

Sheila: I know.

In March of 2001, Ludwig came up with an idea to help his uncle Bowser.

Ludwig: Mom, Dad, can I go to Uncle Bowser's place?

Sheila: Sure, just be careful.

Frank: See ya!

Ludwig: See ya!

Ludwig ran off to Bowser's castle.

Frank and Sheila have trusted Ludwig enough to let him go to Bowser's castle on his own, but that was the only place they allowed him to go on his own at the time.

Ludwig: Uncle Bowser!

Bowser: Yes, Ludwig? What brings you here?

Ludwig: I have an idea on how to help you defeat Mario!

Bowser: What?

Ludwig explained the plan to Bowser. Meanwhile, Sheila is trying to get Roy signed up for daycare.

Sheila: I mean, it's hard but he needs to be taught some manners.

Frank: And you think daycare's the answer?

Sheila: Well, if it doesn't work, then nothing will.

Frank: Well, let's try.

Frank and Sheila tried to find a daycare for Roy to fit in. Meanwhile, Ludwig and Bowser set up their plan to defeat Mario.

Ludwig, So, when Mario walks in, he will get pulled up by a rope, and it will take him to the dungeon, he will be released from the rope into the cage, trapping him forever!

Bowser: Hmm, it might work.

Ludwig: What do you mean?

Bowser: Where would Mario stand?

Ludwig: Right when he gets in the castle.

Bowser: This better work.

Meanwhile, Sheila found the perfect daycare for Roy. She is now dragging Roy to the daycare.

Sheila: Come on, Roy!

Roy: NO!

Sheila: I know you're not happy, but you need to be more behaved!

Roy: NO!

Sheila: Can't you say anything besides no?

Roy: NOOO! (runs away)

Sheila: Roy, come back here!

As Sheila chased after Roy, Frank was taking care of Morton. Meanwhile, Ludwig and Bowser were preparing for Mario's arrival.

Ludwig: Mario should be here any minute.

Mario walked in the castle and avoided the obvious rope in his way.

Bowser: But...

Ludwig: Hmm, I thought it would have worked.

Bowser: Mario, get back here- Woah!

Bowser got caught by the rope and got sent to the dungeon. Thankfully, Ludwig had a key.

Ludwig: Hey, Uncle Bowser. (unlocks the door, setting Bowser free)

Bowser: Thanks, Ludwig.

Ludwig: You're welcome.

As Mario left the castle, Ludwig and Bowser said goodbye to each other as Ludwig went back home. Meanwhile, Sheila finally got Roy in daycare. Until...

Sheila: Frank!

Frank: Yeah?

Sheila: Roy got kicked out because he was bullying the other kids!

Frank: How?

Sheila: He was hurting them and making messes all over the place!

Frank: Put Roy on timeout.

Sheila: Already ahead of you.

For a few months, Roy had been making Frank and Sheila's lives a living nightmare. But in May of 2001, the egg was laid, and Sheila had to make sure that Roy doesn't mess with the egg.

Sheila: Roy, You're not leaving your room until the baby hatches, you got that?

Roy was upset with Sheila, but did not want to make it worse. Roy was checked on daily, and was fed when he started crying, and same for everything else they did for Roy.

On October 24, 2001, the baby hatched from the egg. It was a girl!

Sheila: Isn't she adorable?

Frank: Yeah. What's her name?

Sheila: Her name is Wendy.

Wendy became the only female child of Frank and Sheila Koopa. Wendy was spoiled, and she would throw a tantrum if she didn't get what she wanted.
