I don't know if my body can stretch any more I'm sitting at 33 weeks 4 days and I feel like I could bust and I'm hoping it happens soon

" Jenna you are most definitely in labor you are about 6 cm dilated we need to get you to the hospital before these two are born here" Sean says as he pulls the glove off

Being sent up immediately after Dr Alexander checked me in the ER I had progressed to 8 Cm and my water broke on him

There was no time for an epidural so I was going to delivery naturally

He was placed on my chest

He was only there for a few minutes then removed so he could be cleaned up and because I still had one more to go and it was time to deliver again

" Okay Push and push hard "

A wail was let out

"It's a Boy "

Two hours later all three of us were settled in
" So Mama we need to name these two beautiful babies " Nathan asked

" Well I think This Little One is Hayden Ryan since he was born first and this little one is Cadence Tyler " I say

I watched all of them hold the boys and it warms my heart each one was a little scared well all but Sean since he loves to hold babies

Cadence let out a cry when Raven was holding him
"Little One it's okay no need to cry " he says as he shifts him to lay on his chest to which Cadence calmed right now and closed his eyes

"How did you do that " Luke Asked

" I read that babies love to hear heartbeats that if they aren't hungry or wet they will calm down "

Luke looked amazed

" He's right they do and they should be hungry in a little while and Mama are you going to nurse them "
" Yes for as long as I can " I say

We left the hospital two days later now a family of 17

A few days after we left the hospital we went to their first doctors appointment and had come back pulling into the driveway

"What's that on the porch " Silas asked

" Don't Know " North answered

We all got out and when we did we heard a cry a babies cry the twins were sound asleep

I took off running as best I could to the porch
There was a car seat with a blanket covering it
A little baby was in the seat with a note pinned to the outfit
I could tell she was wet her whole outfit was wet and she was upset
I got her out and punched in the Code to go in upstairs put her on the changing table and get her out of the wet clothes cleaned up dried off and into a sleeper PJs

She was still fusing so I undid my top and put her to my nipple and she took to it and began to eat like she hasn't eaten in hours

We sat down in the rocking chair as she nursed

" Jenna " Owen says
" Owen " I answered
" What did you do with the clothes "
" On the changing table "
" I'll get it you feed her then come back downstairs "

After the Little Angel was fed and fallen asleep
I got a good look at her
She had blonde hair she had to be about 4 days old her umbilical cord had been cut and was healing but I wanted Sean to look at it

We headed downstairs to find the others

" How is she " Nathan asked as he took his finger across her forehead
" Better now with a belly full and clean dry clothes on " I say

"Jenna , Before you get to attached That Baby according to The note is Sangs the woman that was with My Father seems she got pregnant and didn't want the baby so she left it here on the doorstep with all parental rights going to me Now we don't have to raise her " Victor said

" Victor yes we do she is your Sister but she will be raised by us as your Daughter she is just as beautiful as our boys she has to be only a couple days younger than the boys so we will raise them as triplets no one will no any different " I say

" God I love you " Victor said as he kissed me gently

" And I love you so we have to come up with a name for this little Angel " I say

" How about Angelina or Angel for short " Silas says

"That sounds fabulous Angelina Morgan Blackbourne welcome to our family " I say
