Chapter 16 Revised

I settled  in the bed as best I could . Just taking a shower was exhausting I closed my eyes for a moment to rest .
The room was quite the only thing you could hear was everyone breathing .

" Okay now that I have showered and feel somewhat better Can anyone tell me why I am here I know I said earlier that I wanted to wait until tomorrow but I feel like I need to know now " I say 

" Well Ms Roberts first tell us again what you remember then we will tell you what we know " Mr Blackbourne said

" Alright , I remember going on a bike ride then came back to the house ate then left for work I got to Work Charlie said the usual areas were needed to be cleaned up , After that I don't remember anything but waking up in here hearing all of your voices " I said " Oh I also remember looking up and seeing Luke " I added

" Okay Ms Roberts from what we have discovered that you were Attacked When you left work three nights ago "
" Attacked by who "
" We don't know yet we have gathered some information but we were hoping you could help by giving more information from your attack " Mr Blackbourne said his voice sounded upset
" I don't remember it other than what I told you " I say as I look down feeling like i wasn't helping at all

" Jenna look up " Sean said softly
I kept my head down the tears were starting to form in my eyes
Feeling the bed shift and dip down I saw a pair of dark khakis on the bed a finger lifted my chin up to meet their Face

" Pookie don't cry it will be okay just tell us anything you can remember " Sean said his eyes showed sadness

" I don't remember anything" I say letting the tears that had been threatening to fall go
" Easy Pookie calm down don't get yourself worked up again " Sean says softly yet sternly
" Sorry I'm not normally this emotional " I choke out between tears
" It's Totally Understandable Ms Roberts " Mr Blackbourne said

I look up and around the room to see all of them each one of them looked ready to kill someone but when I met each one of them their eyes seem to change to compassion.

" Wait Where is Uncle Phil " I asked through my sniffles
" He stepped out to do his rounds , he will be back in a few and yes he knows your awake" Mr Blackbourne responded
" Oh Okay " I said

For some reason my mind keeps replaying seeing Luke that night
I lost myself in my thoughts wondering why he looked shocked and scared. I remember hearing him say scream for me I love when you do
I shivered when I remembered that pulling my legs up holding them

" Jenna you okay " A voice asked then placed a hand on my foot
I looked up followed the hand to see Victor
" Yeah I just had a brief flashback "
" Tell us it might help " Victor said as he squeezed my foot
" He said for me to Scream for him that he loved it when I did " I said as I shiver again
" I keep seeing Luke standing above me he keeps saying it's okay Cupcake I got you " I say

It was quite for a few moments before Luke spoke
" I was the one that got to you first , North took off after the guy I stayed with you until the Ambulance got there , North came back both of us helped them get you onto the backboard and then Silas got there he rode with you so that North and I stayed to talk with the police" Luke explained

" Then that will explain why I kept hearing Greek for awhile I didn't know what was said but I heard it " I say as I look up to see them all looking at each other  in that damn silent communication but I let it go

" Yes Little Angel I rode with you to the hospital " Silas said

" Is there anything else popping up " Sean said
I started to giggle because my thoughts went to the gutter and to being in the shower with him
" Pookie now Now " Sean said with a smile
" Sorry " I said as I laughed then quickly covered my mouth
" Someone needs her mind washed out with soap " Sean said with his own laugh
" Ha Ha I doubt that will work for my mind" I say back to him

It took the rest a few seconds to catch on to what we were talking about it was Gabriel that got it first
" So it popped up did it " Gabriel said with a laugh

" Oh no you don't Gabriel don't get her started" Sean said trying to be stern but his face and lips said it all he was grinning like a cat that caught a mouse

I started to laugh even more but it hurt to do so I cringed in pain

" Easy Jenna breath through the pain " Sean said in his Doctors Voice
" I'm Trying too sweet jimmy crickets this hurts " I say breathing hard I felt like something was sitting on my chest
I must have given a look to Sean because in seconds the bed was laid down an oxygen mask was put on me and he was listening to my breathing

" Easy Jenna let the oxygen mask help try to take a deep breath in through your nose out through your mouth " Sean kept repeating it until I calmed down and I felt very very tired I closed my eyes to help relax more I just focused on my breathing and blocked everything out

" Doc What was that " Luke asked
" Just a little over exertion and excitement with a side of panic nothing to be worried about though her lungs did sound like there was some fluid in them I'm going to put in for a Chest X-ray I don't want her developing pneumonia, She needs to Rest now so everyone out go home everyone get some rest"
He ordered everyone out

" Sean , you staying with her right " Mr Blackbourne asked
" Yes Owen I'm staying I will not leave our bird , in the morning bring an extra set of clothes for me Gabriel and some for Jenna I'm sure you can tell her size " Sean told them
" Yes I can tell I'll just pick up some drawstring shorts just to be sure they can be big but still fit " Gabriel said

I could hear them all leave the room but I wasn't focused on them I wanted to sleep so the pain would go away I still don't have answers as to why I am here

" Pookie I'm gong give you something for the pain and some antibiotics just in case you are developing pneumonia I'll be back in a second " Sean said
I just nodded my head
