Mason got his acceptance letter to UCLA today. I applied but still haven't heard back.

"You'll get in Le. You're so smart" He rubs my arm, placing a kiss on my temple.

"I don't know" I mumble, fumbling with the letter and almost full ride scholarship to North Carolina State.

UCLA has always been a dream school of mine. I always wanted to be an English teacher. Recently my idea of a major has changed. I've been leaning towards Veterinary Science.

I applied to North Carolina because of the vet program but I don't want to lose Mason.

"So its between UCLA and NC?" Mason asks, grabbing the letter out of my hand.

"Yeah, being a vet is really appealing to me" I frown.

"So go Le. UCLA doesn't offer a vet program" He runs his hands through my hair.

"But-" I start before he stops me by placing his lips on mine.

"Consider it" He whispers. "Lunch will be ready in 5" He says, walking into the kitchen.

"Fück" I curse under my breath, walking into the kitchen.

My room is now all finished and I'm in love with it. All the decor makes it feel very comfortable.

My room itself is on the small side but it does the job. I absolutely adore how everything turned out. Mason helped me decorate it and everything.

"Oh, hey Andrew" I smile, hugging the man from Starbucks.

He's been at the house a lot recently. I think him and Cody might have a thing going. They both seem really happy. I always had my suspicions.

"Hey doll. How are you?" He hugs me back.

"I'm good. Very good" I smile.

"You get that acceptance letter yet?" He asks sitting next to Cody at the island.

"No, I might just go with NC" I shrug, my mood depleting again.

"Cheer up buttercup, any school would be lucky to have you" Andrew grins, eating a cookie.

Mason snakes his arm around my waist, pulling me into him.

"Leah, we have something to tell you" Cody says, taking a deep breath.

"You take too long" Andrew laughs.

"Okay, um. Well I'm gay" Cody says.

I smile, my suspicion being confirmed.

"You, you don't have a problem with it?" He nervously scratches his arms.

"Of course not Cody. I've had my suspicions for a while now. I'm happy that you're happy" I hug him.

"Thank you Le" He smiles, hugging me back.

"The other is we're dating" He smiles, looking at Andrew.

My second, most recent suspicion is now confirmed.

"I'm so happy for you guys" I smile, hugging them both.

Mason places my lunch in front of me. I kiss him on the cheek. "Thank you"

"We're heading out. See you later Le" Cody and Andrew say, walking out the door.

"So, what are we doing today?" I place my plate in the sink, cleaning up the mess.

"We have the whole apartment to ourselves" Mason chuckles. I can hear the smirk in his voice.
