Goodbye, Perfect

Four

Here I am still lying in bed, eyes still close with the worst hang over. I tried to remember how I got home.

The last memory I had was we were dancing wildy at the dancefloor and then everything turned black.

"You're awake. I had manang Beth cook soup for you." A guy said

I jolted from bed the moment I heard his voice.

"How the hell did I get here? You should have took me home. I should go home na, baka hinahanap na ako nina kuya."

I tried to stand up only to fall back on bed, holding my temple. Fucking hang over!

"Hey, chill love. I told your Kuya Jayson about what happened na. Siya na nga nag suggest that I take you home since wala naman din sila ni kuya Ralph sa bahay niyo."

Oh yeah, nakalimutan ko nga palang friday kahapon and my two kuya's are out their having the best time of their life to God knows where.

"How did we get here, E? Saan sila kath?" I ask, eyes still closed.

"They're outside. They were up early unlike you." He sound so annoyed

"Urg, what did I do this time? And why do sound so annoyed?"

"What's wrong with you, C? Napadami inom mo last night ah" He said sarcasticly and tone still evident with annoyance.

I looked at him, naka kunot and noo at parang may problema. Then he looked at me with an accusing look.

"Whatttt?" I asked defensively

"Is there something you wish to tell me? Do you have a problem C?"

I looked at him, trying to memories every detail of his perfectly sculptured face. Brown sparkling eyes, his thick eye brows, perfectly pointed nose, red, soft lips and his jaw... His jaw is to die for. Then I sighed.

"Nothing, E. I was just making the most out of it since we wouldn't see our batchmates that much after graduation."

He looked at me still unconvinced but after a while he shook his head and told me to go na outside since our friends are waiting for us to eat na rin.

"Tagal niyo ah?" Duke said in a teasing voice

"Hahahaha wag ka na nga diyan duke, they were having their moment." It was Sage teasing us this time.

"Ang sabihin niyo tulog mantika lang talaga tong kaibigan niyo." Ethan bantered and they all laughed with that.

"Funny na yun?" I asked eyes still half closed

"Yeah and you look funny now, B. Why did you drink ng marami last ba?" Trina asked and then gave a meaningful look at Kath.

"Urgg. Why are you asking me that ba? I just wanted to have fun lang naman eh and it was kind of the last so I really wanted to enjoy it."

"By getting wasted? To the point of blacking out, babe? HAHAHA." Blue said

"Can you guys just stop, okay? Ang sakit na nga nang ulo ko dumagdag pa kayo. Let's eat nalang please." I said almost begging

After that we started eating, nilagyan na ni Ethan ng food yung plate ko and I saw how my friends exchanged looks with his gesture byt I just shrugged it off.

I'm used to all of these. The teasing. All the sweet gesture Ethan is showing. How caring he is and maybe that's the reason why I fell for him... secretly.
