Chapter 3- Back to Tartarus

The next morning Dionysus bursts in and says "The group is going to Tartarus!" I say groggily "What?" Dionysus says "Oh Jessie. Jason now has a little sister. She's stuck in Tartarus. She was claimed by Zeus and then fell into Tartarus and she's your age. You all leave in 5 minutes. Percy says "Thanks for the sudden warning." Dionysus says "No problem at all." Then he leaves. Percy and I get out of bed. I check the time. 6:30. I mumble under my breath "6:30 in the morning. This is ridiculous." Then I go into the bathroom to get ready. Once I'm finished I just put on black leggings, a grey t shirt, and an oversized hoodie. I ask Percy if the outfit I have on is okay. He says "Yes." Then he gets ready. When we're ready I get my pen and Percy gets his. We walk out and surprisingly, we were the last people on the Argo II.

6 days later
After I finish breakfast I start heading toward Jake's room. As I'm about to walk in Percy grabs me by my shoulder. I stop. He says "Don't even think about it." I say "Fine." Then I head to my room. I see Jake about to enter my room. Just then he gets tackled by Frank. Frank yells "NO!" He gets off of Jake and walks away. As soon as the coast is clear Jake comes into my room and I close the door and I lock it. Jake and I just sit on my bed. I say "This is ridiculous. They think they can keep us apart. It's like Romeo and Juliet. A forbidden love. Jake says " I know. Why can't they trust us? It's not like we would actually do you know what. Well unless you want to. I stand up shocked. I say "Get out." He asks "Why?" I yell "GET OUT BEFORE I DRENCH YOU IN WATER, IDIOT!" Jake runs out. Just then Leo bursts into my room saying "We are at the entrance." I run out of my room with my things. I run to the ladder. Everyone is waiting for me. I climb down the ladder and I grab onto Percy's hand. Then I let go of the ladder. This time the fall seems faster.
