"Wow, these pictures are soooo perfect!" I exclaimed, looking at the photos the photographer just took. Today is photo shoot day and well, now we're finally wrapping things up. I've been out here since about 8:00 am running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to make sure everything was perfect.
As I'm gathering my things, I see India over in a corner by herself talking on the phone. "Come on Ind, we need to get this stuff cleaned up!" I yelled to her across the room. She nodded her head as she looked like she was trying to end the conversation now.
Brittany is also part of the shoot. She's been super cooperative and helpful in every aspect. India on the other hand has been seeming to be more interested in her phone than anything.
"You got it?" Brittany asked, grabbing one of the duffel bags out of my hand."Thanks, I'm so tired!" I whined. We walked together to drop the bags off to my truck parked on the side of the building. As we're putting the bags inside the car, Brit remembers she left her phone inside and rushed back to get it before it went missing.
Suddenly, my heart dropped. "Give me everything you got, NOW!" I heard from behind me, a very cold, unfamiliar voice. Am I being robbed?! I didn't move or say anything, but my heart was beating fast as hell. He begins frisking me, going through my bags and all. I continued to stay quiet, praying he will take what he wants and just leave. "Yeah, this is good." I heard the man whisper to himself before running off. I immediately closed the car door and ran back indie the building crying.
Everyone began surrounding me, wondering what's wrong. "What happened? Are you okay?" India asks, hugging me the tightest.
"I.. I.." sobbing, I could barely talk. "I was just robbed at gunpoint!" I finally said.
"Oh my god, robbed?! I was just out there!" Brit says, looking confused. "Are you hurt at all?"
"I'm fine, just shooken up a lot. I've never been in a situation like that before." I said, sobbing even more. "He had a gun to my head, and demanded everything. But I didn't say anything, I let him rob me until he ran away..." I cried.
"Oh my God" India says as she holds me tighter. There was a long moment of silence before we were interrupted by a slight knock on the door, then a woman burst through with a handful of bags and props.
"Oh, My next client is here..." the photographer whispered, as if he'd forgotten about her.
"JoJooo! I'm here and I'm ready!" The client yells with a huge smile on her face before Soon realizing this may not be a good time.
