The next day, Minhyung came to school as usual.

Earphones plugged in, hoodie up and over his head, hands in his pocket.

Minhyung just sat at the corner of the room, staring out the window as he let himself down into the music.

There was one thing Minhyung never did and that was too just pause the music halfway, no matter who approached him. But this time, Minhyung didn't hesitate to pause the music and pull out his earphones when a certain male approached him.

"Hello." Donghyuck greeted as he pulled out a chair and sat on it.

Hello. What are you doing here?

"Can i not sit here?" Donghuck asked.

Minhyung immediately gestured that he could sit.

They both let a comfortable silence envelope them, making them less awkward.

"My house again? Later?"

Minhyung just nooded as the teacher walked in.

Soon, they were at Donghyuck's house, studying.

Or if watching YouTube and eating snacks was called studying, then they were studying extremely hard.

Donghyuck giggled when Minhyung laughed silently at the cat video in front of them.

Then, a knock was heard at the door.

"Yukhei?" Donghyuck asked confusedly. "Shouldn't you be at chenle's?"

"Nah. I have decided to see one of my closest friends. Can i not?" Yukhei then smirked. "Or am i being a cockblocker?" Donghyuck turned red and threw a pillow at Yukhei who was laughing like crazy.

"Use protection!" Yukhei shouted before escaping Donghyuck's pillows.

Minhyung just sat there, blushing

His heartbeat was off the scale.

Donghyuck just sighed, turning around to face the older.

"Don't mind him. He's like that." Minhyung just nooded and continued trying to absorb himself into the video in front of them.

Soon, he realised the time and he gestured to Donghuck the time.

"Ah, work right?" The older just nooded. Donghuck just let a sigh escape his lips.

"Bye." The younger greeted, allowing the boy to move past him and out of the door.

Minhyung just waved before running of to his work again.

Donghyuck returned to his room, having a weird feeling in his chest.

It was like his heart was flying in the sky

He loved that feeling

And he didn't know why
