Life has its ups and downs like a roller coaster,

bring you up in times of need and down in times of grief.

Life will throw you up with bliss,

but sometimes it will shoot you down with malice.

Life has its time to shine,

but it also has its day to cry.

When life brings you down just look up to the sky,

because after a while you'll have dirt in your eyes.

We start this life with people smiling,

while around us the weak are dying.

Taken by us from surprise,

as we watch the time go by.

But you can't fret,

for sometimes you'll have your time to climb.

Until that time comes just keep looking forward and don't look back;

because life doesn't work like that.
