"The upbringing sky has been dull lately, the war could be commencing sooner than we know." The White King declared, adjusting the the red jeweled diadem that rested on his untidy black hair. The pigment of the skies have been black. The last few days have been even more sinister that they were before. "The blood vessel must be walking this land.."
"Hm? War? Don't we have someone for that?" Stated the blonde Knight. His king without a doubt, has been unnerving—up and alert.
The King stood still, "we do."
"Huh~? Then who is it, Ruki." The blonde Knight's right eye lightened. Either he was hitting emotion or his smirk felt the tension of the someone that they needed.
The tall, brunette knight saw the lightening glow from the blonde knight's eye, his brother. And from where he was seated in the white lounge area, it was more recognizable than usual.
This didn't always just happen, "got any leads?" He cocked an eyebrow toward the direction of the knight.
The blonde was taken back not from the question, but the suspected victim. "I think so," was all he said. The brunette was angered by his half-assed answered. "Well, Kou? Who the hell is it."
"Hm," the blonde tapped his chin. "I thought I saw a girl in the Red Kingdom." He smirked, crossing his legs.
The King snapped his head to his curious brother; a constipated look stared daggers into the blonde Knight's forehead, which made him look at his wrong choice of words—more like a wrong secret revealed.
"What were you doing in The Red Kingdom," he said so blankly, but it was no question. The white King appeared angered and distraught at his younger brother, The Blonde Knight's sudden and regretful confession.
Did he not know of the danger he was in?
The blonde glared, as it was the second time his tall younger brother threw that comment in his face.
"I was-" Ruki cut him off, "you know. You should never go into or go near that damned kingdom and that rakehell called King." He glared; Kou sunk in his seat.
"I know!" He continued his rant, "you said to collect herbs, and the best ones are by Red Kingdom's bush hedge, and by the-" he stopped.
"And what... Kou," said the youngest of the white Knights; emerging from the second floor.
Ruki set his focus to his youngest brother, "Azusa, did you know of this."
Kou gave him pleading eyes. "Yes... I did." Azusa finished. "Ah come on! Really man? You can't keep a secret, can't you." Kou blasted with betrayal.
"By what."
The blonde hitched an eyebrow and swallowed a lump in his throat, "nowhere." He finished.
"by the hedge of the Hatter's grove..." confessed Azusa.
"What the hell! Are you serious!" Kou ranted.
"Once a snitch always a snitch," Yuma chuckled.
The King twitched an eye, "are you out of your wits?" He said in a low whisper. "Again."
"You know what your punishment was last time."
Kou was taken back. He did do it again.
Both Yuma and Azusa had both exchanged the same glance as he did. It was a blur, but it all came rushing back like a tidal wave of forgotten nothings.
