Between Yes' and No's

Minerva's POV

"Ms. Athena Collen Parker" the secretary called which cut off Colleen and the devil's conversation.

"Ms. Daniel Parkinston"

Haaa! When will i be called??

"Ms. Minerva Zairinna Perks" oops i spoke too soon.

I stood up leaving my bestfriend and the devil to go get my schedule. "Thank you" said and smiled at the secretary. She nodded in response and called the other students.

"Sooooooo" Colleen said, "what are your schedules?" "Ha, fine here" I said in defeat and showing her my schedule. Not noticing Maxell peeking behind my shoulder.

"Awww, we only have history and Home Ec together!" She winced, "well, that's a bummer" I said out of bored tone.

"Atleast we have half classes together" the devil behind me spoke. I forgot he was here.

My eyes opened wide in shocked when I realized what he said.

No way! My mind spoke

Hell yeah, I dont like him. I replied to my brain.

We have 8 classes all, and I have to spend 4 of them with him, 2 alone, and 1 with Colleen and 1 with both. I love my life. Note the sarcasm.

After the whole morning in the office we proceeded to the cafeteria for lunch. And I sat with Collen and Maxell both are seating with each other across me. Maxell wanted to seat with me but Colleen said she wants to talk to him about something.

"Is this seat taken?" Asked the guy, pointing at the seat beside me----- wait thats the walking God who I believed named Ashton?

"Ahh no," Colleen said smiling. I glanced eye brow raised ay her like saying "you're letting a stranger sit with us?"

*Colleen's POV*

She's definitely asking why I'm letting a hottie sit with us. Well duh Minerva, the more the merrier. I gave her a glance saying let me explain later.

*Minerva's POV*

I got her "let me explain" look and switch look to Maxell who seemed got his day ruined.

"Well great, now it is" Ashton said and sat beside me.

"You might be wondering why I came here all of a sudden," Ashton started talking while we looked at him curiously, "I'm Ashton Allens you can call me Ash gorgeous," he said and winked at me. I just roll my eyes and take a sip of my milk tea avoiding my blush to show up, "Minerva Perks". "Colleen Parker" Colleen said louder than neccessary "Maxell" Maxell said.

We talked and talked about everything and anything. Long story short. Maxell keeps sending deathly glares at Ashton especially when he makes us laugh and by us I mean me and colleen. Maxell? He's just I dont know cold.

If looks could kill. Ashton would've been dead by now.

*Maxell's POV*

I looks could kill, that Ashton jerkface would've been ash on the ground by now.

Oooh look who's jealous my mind speak up

No I'm not how could you say that I shoot back.

Then why are you feeling like that huh? it fired back again.

Duh, I just dont trust him.

*Minerva's POV*

The bell rang indicating lunch is over. We all stood up and we have to go at the Black Lake for class tour, Maxell said he needs to go to the men's comfort room and I said I'll catch up later I because I need to go get something. Honestly I just want to freshen up a bit.

I walked to the halls and slide my fingertips to the red, yellow, blue, and green lockers of Eastbrooke University.

As I was taking my moment alone I heard footsteps approaching from behind me. It must've been just a teacher or staff.

But the footsteps keeps going and getting nearer me.

I wait for it to call me or what but it didn't. Until I saw its shadow. What a creep. Its tall and a....... guy?

I turned to face him and got locked by his arms and my back against the locker. Its Maxell.

"Hey," he said seductively.

"Hey yourself" I said

"Hey, hey, what's wrong huh? Did I do something wrong?" -Maxell

"Hah, like nothing. Its absolutely normal creeping in someone like a creep and locking them in their arms. Tsk that's totally normal." I said in sarcastic tone while trying to get out of his grip.

"What are you trying to do?" -Maxell

"Well I'm trying to escape here, what if someone sees us and think that were hooking up?" -Minerva

"Well, that should be fun"- Maxell

"Eeww, now get off me so we can go to black lake."- Minerva

"Okayy lets go" he said signaling after you.

We both walked to the black lake and saw colleen along with Ashton on a bench.

"Were you running a marathon?" -Colleen
"What took you so long?"- Ashton
"Why is this lake even called black? It's totally clear"- Maxell

I was throwed with questions as soon as I take a seat at the bench.

"Guys please let me relax for a while okay?"

The tour started and we were introduced to the whole school, rooms, offices, halls, and have shown our locker by the school secretary Mrs. Norris.

After the school ended me and colleen waved good bye to Ashton and Maxell and went home together since we lived in the same neighborhood.

A/N: heyy!! 😂 I'm so sorry, anyways how's this long chapter? Opinions? Predictions?
