"Dude thats the last piece, at least split it with me." whined Luke, as he and Michael fought over the last slice of pizza.
"Come on Luke its just one slice." Michael replied, with a pout. "Fine whatever," Huffed Luke, knowing he had no chance at winning.
Michael's face lit up as he took a slow bite, watching Luke's face pout and causing him to become slightly irritated at Michael's teasing.
They were currently focused on the rerun of Friends situated on the TV screen, like every other friday night.
Luke and Michael were just two broke nineteen year old guys, who shared a small apartment together and commonly fought over pizza.
The blue eyed boy was currently working at his hated job in the electronics section at Target. And the red haired fellow currently worked in a small coffee shop, which barely had any customers.
"You know Calum's got a crazy party happening right now, if you wanna go." Luke spoke, rising from the leather couch. "I think i'll just stay in today, i'm real tired." Michael mumbled back.
You sure?" Luke asked throwing on his leather jacket. Michael nodded, not removing his eyes from the television. Luke then left without another word leaving Michael alone and bored.
He had lied when he spoke of his tiredness, truth is he just didn't like party's, Michael preferred being alone rather than having the company of a large group of people. He was always the odd one out, with no one bothering to make a conversation with him.
But by this time he was used to being alone, and it didn't bother him anymore. Sure he longed for someone to share things with, and do things with all the time, but he was used to being lonely.
Micheal rose from the couch, not sure why, and slipped on his converse. He had no idea where he was off to, but he just wanted out of the apartment.
He grabbed his car keys off of the counter and shut the heavy door behind him.
