Yuanying's POV

"My new boyfriends?? My only boyfriend is you babe"

"Yea sure. Those two guys touching you in the hall were totally not your boyfriends."

He said muttered angrily. I chuckled and said.

"Shenshen, that was my cousin and my best friend. I would never betray you like that."

I ruffled his hair and gave him a peck on the cheek. He flushed red and realized his mistake. He looks so embarrassed that it was cute.

"It's ok baobei. Everyone makes mistakes. Now let's just make use of our time here."

I pulled him into a warm hug and patted his shoulder. I left to go lie down on my bed and motioned for him to join me. He looked shy at first but he soon came and lie down beside me. We cuddled and eventually fell asleep.

The next morning

I woke up to a loud music bring played in my ear. I tried to move to see what it was, but I felt arms pulling me tight. Zhenning's arms were wrapped tightly on my waist. I smiled and lifted up the covers a bit to see what was happening. I saw Xia hanyu holding up a loud speaker and a camera. He was probably filming something for behind the scenes.

"Yuanying wake up." He sang loudly.

"Shhh" I shushed him. Zhenning was still asleep and I didn't want him to wake up.

At that moment Wenhan and Jiayi came over to my bedside as well. They shook me and tried to pull me out of bed. A soft grumble came from behind me and all three of them looked at me suspiciously. A sleep koala then made it's appearance. One hand still on my waist, the other rubbing his sleepy eyes.

Jiayi and Wenhan smirked while hanyu looked genuinely confused. Zhenning, not noticing that there were people around us, nuzzled his face into the crook of my neck pulling me closer. He then lifted his face and realized that Wenhan, Jiayi and hanyu were there in front of us. He blushed red and lifted the covers of us and started to get of the bed.

"I should go now, see you later" he whispered in my ear while brushing my hair behind my ear. 

I nodded and waved him goodbye and he left the dorm. At this point, only me, Wenhan and.  Jiayi were left in our dorm. When I closed the room dorm, Wenhan and Jiayi looked like they were arguing about something.

"Now, give me my 50 dollars."

"No......"

"A bet is a bet. Now pay up!"

"Fine....." Wenhan sighed and Jia Yi jumped up in delight.

"What were you guys betting on??" I asked curiosity.

"When you and Zhenning would date." Wenhan said like it was obvious.

"I bet that u guys would start to date around the time of the group battles but Wenhan bet that u guys would during the position evaluation." Jia Yi said happily.

"Seriously guys??" I faceplamed.

"Anyway, quickly get ready. It's results announcement time soon." Wenhan said as he and jia yi left the room.

I quickly got changed and went to the hall. Everyone congratulated me on my performance yesterday. I felt pretty confident today. I hoped that I could get top 10 or maybe even top 5 in the rankings.

Zhang PD then came in and started announcing the results. The results were going to be announced according to performance order. I was getting nervous.  The first group was Neighoring tarzan. Jiayi topped the group with 135 votes and Chunyang came in second. All of us clapped. It was now time for our results. All of us clutched our hands tightly. It was the moment of Truth.

The big screen displayed our results brightly. Both me and Zhenning had over taken Jiayi, claiming position one and two. I was so happy I jumped up and hugged Zhenning who coincidentally was standing next to me. Zhenning came first with 163 votes and I came second with 160 votes. Despite not getting the highest votes, I was really happy for both me and Zhenning. Our hard work really paid off.

After a while, all the results were announced. Overall, Deng chaoyuan claimed first, Chen youwei second, Zhenning third, Me fourth and Linmo fifth. I was quite satisfied with my results. We all then went to the cafeteria to have hotpot. Since I can't eat beef, I didn't really touch the hotpot.

I was staring into the distance when I felt a chopstick poke me beside my mouth. When I turned my head, I saw Zhenning trying to feed me a piece of prawn. I excepted the prawn and munched on it happily.  The whole meal ended with us feeding each other and our table mates being disgusted with our PDA.
