~*~Cold~*~

*Lexi's POV*
I walked up to our room after hearing what happened and our trail ride, and opened the door and smiled, there was Zoe, on her phone and rubbing a Remi's back as she clung onto her leg and layer on her stomach. "How is she?" I asked and looked at Remi she opened her eyes and looked at me, she started at me for a few more seconds before flossing her eyes and getting more comfortable. "I think you can tell how she feels, not the greatest-Ow Remi don't kick me" She said and moved away from the girl, she just looked at her and held her arms open, I smiled and decided to tease my sister again. I layer on the bed and went into her arms, she knew what was going on as she closed her arms and wrapped her legs around me, then putting her face in my neck like a koala. I laughed slightly and rubbed her back while I looked at my sister, she glared and gave me the middle finger before walking out, you could hear her run down the stairs and yell "Noah help me with this" before running back up and bursting into the room. He walked in a few seconds later and looked at us before laughing "So Zoe. This is what you needed help with huh, I think you got yourself a little lover over there" he teased and pointed to Remi. Remi life's her head and gave him the middle finger before rolling off and laying on the floor. We all laughed at her and she sat up and looked at all of us.

*Zoes POV*

she sat up and walked out of the room, I looked out the door and saw her walking to her room, I frowned at the sight, a few seconds later she walked out in jeans and a sweater, her hood was up yet again "Remi where ya going...can I come" I asked her, she just ran by me, I went downstairs and saw Fallon, Alex, Lexi, and Noah going after her, she ran into the barn and I heard a bunch of noise before you seen Remi on ghost running away. I caught up to Fallon "What's going on Fallon..l?" I asked "she wants to die. She's going to hurt herself, Ghost, or both of them" she stated worriedly and I ran to Dazzles stall, slipping on her halter and making reins before jumping up, Lexi did the same and we went out. "Fallon we can go get her you stay here for if she comes back" Lexi said and we galloped off, We went across a field, the same way she went. We seen Ghost up ahead and we stopped, Lexi jumped off and ran to him, I held her horse and walked along, up ahead y flu could see Remi, she was leaning over and holding her stomach, I jumped off my horse and let go of them both running over, I stopped and walked when I got closer.

When I got there I gasped at the sight, her pants had cuts in them, when you looked in where the cuts were is was full of blood, her arms were bleeding too, not as bad, but pretty bad. "Remi. What the hell were you doing. Huh. Do you wanna die" I said as I walked over there and snatched what she was cutting with, a screw from Ghosts bridle.i looked at her and she looked at the ground, she looked up at me with a cold face. She stood up and walked to i front of me. "Why the hell should you care on what I do. We all know you hate me. I'm the "Special kid" right. All I do is cry. I'm just a snotty rich kid. So. Tell me this. Why. Does. It. Matter. To. You. Huh." She said and clenched her jaw. I looked at her in shock. She didn't mean it. Right. There was no way she meant it...right....

Remi looked at me, you can tell through the coldness and dullness in her eyes she didn't mean it, and walked away, she jumped on Ghost and walked off. When she was out of sight I fell to my ears and started crying, they weren't the small little cries. They were full on sobs. Lexi jogged over and sat down and pulled me into her lap, rubbing my back and shushing me. Little did I know Remi was watching with tears falling down, whispering an "im sorry" over and over.

*Lexi's POV*

I looked across the field and saw Remi looking at us to, her face was flushed from crying and she was still crying. I tapped Zoe's back and whispered "look who seems sorry" Zoe looked at where she was looking and saw Remi, she saw me and Zoe and she wiped her eyes and turned her around, running off. "We should go after her..." Zoe mumbled and I nodded, kissing the top of her head in a sisterly way. We got on out horses and walked back.
