Violet
After, I received the number from the vocalist, I'd decided that it was getting late and I should be heading home before my mom gets worried.
I push out of my seat to leave the building, until my arm was grabbed by Greyson. His grip on me was firm but still soft with good intent. I turned my body around to face him.
"I'll drive you home, if that's okay with you," he let go of my arm to dig in his pocket with his other hand to retrieve his car keys. My eyes kept fluttering open and closed while I shook my head, smiling in disbelief.
"That's cool, whatever," I returned, moving out of the way so he could lead the way to his fancy, expensive car.
We leave the warmth of the cafe to enter the cool, breezy September air as a soft sound of thunder rumbles in the darkened sky.
You could just feel the moisture building up in the atmosphere waiting to pour down. The trees sway and the street lights flickered on at five in the evening.
Grey and I reach his black Bentley that's sitting in an almost empty lot. He attempts to open the door for me but I declined opening the door for myself.
I slide in sitting on the cold leather seat, for the third time, that sends chills down my back.
Grey gets in the car, inserts the key and turns on the engine driving out of the parking lot. It is silent besides the sound of cars passing by next to us. There was no music just like last time and no talking, until now.
"So, um, what are you going to do with that lady's number?," Grey's soft but deep voice broke through the penetrating silence.
"I-I don't know. I've never had anyone openly attracted to me, yet give me their number," I giggle to myself placing my elbow on the door, resting my head in my hand. I quietly think to myself what it would be like to actually date someone especially being as pretty as that girl.
She had a cute little button nose and bright blue eyes that I could see myself getting lost in from time to time. However, I don't know this girl and she could be over age or really weird.
ugh. This is why I never dated.
"sooo, What I'm hearing is that, you never had a boyfriend...or girlfriend," he takes his eyes off the road for a split second to look at me, his green eyes gazing down at me. Its like he was reading my mind or something.
"Yes, and don't bring it up, like, ever," I murmured the first part to myself but failed.
"Don't worry, I won't," he chuckled as he turned the car down my street. I just realized that I didn't have to tell him the directions to my house, he remembered from last time. That's kinda weird, "Jayde is actually my first girlfriend."
"Really? That's actually surprising. How did that happen?"
"Funny story. We would actually see each other every summer at a camp since third grade. I was so obsessed over her and she despised me until I went through puberty and she found out that I- well my dad- was rich," He laughed a bitter laugh, stopping at a stop sign just a block away from home.
"What a....fascinating story," I exclaimed sarcastically grinning as the car came to a complete stop infront of my miniature house compared to his. He lets go of the steering wheel dropping his hands to his lap," Anyways, I had a better time than I usually do, so yea."
"Well, I actually had a blast hanging out with you, Violet. Hopefully we could do it again," Grey turned his head to face me with a smile on his face. I nodded in return.

RomanceSo, uh....Who kissed you first?," I break the silence that filled the car. She turns her head to look at me. A small smile forming as she shakes her head. "Of course that'd be the first thing you'd say," She rolled her large brown eyes playfully. S...
