5. IT IS NOT FUNNY!!

(Maki's POV)

I stood there in shock.

He wants to talk, ha? Well then, let's give this guy a chance to talk to me...

"What is it you want to talk about, Momota?" I let go of his grip in my hand. I put on my usual expression. And my greatest power ever, my death stare.

"Maki, I just wanted to... tell you that I still love you... I wanted to bring back the relationship we had before... I'm sorry for what I have done. It was wrong to choose Tsumugi more than you... I'm very wrong. Maki, will you give me another chance?" Before I knew it, he was already kneeling down in front of me.

"Kaito! Don't joke around! It's not funny!! Stand up!!!!" I noticed everyone in the room was staring at us.

"Maki, I'm serious! Ple-" Before he could finish, I stopped him.

"Well I'm also serious when I said I don't want you anymore! So move on! I like someone else! Someone better than you!" I shut the door close leaving him outside. I hope he would stop from now on. I don't like him. I like her.

(Kaede's POV)

RINGGGGGG!!!!!

School is over. And still no sign of my new friend, Maki. I stood up but whenever I try it, I shout in pain. I wish Maki was here.

And as if in cue, she came.

"Kaede! What happened? Are you okay? Do you-"

I didn't know why I did the next thing. I hugged Maki. I was glad she was here. I was so happy. I was crying all of a sudden. Guess I have such a mood swing.

"Kaede?"

I let go of Maki and looked straight to her eyes. "Hey Maki, I'm thankful I met you. I love you..." I blushed when I all said those words..

"Wait. You love me?" She moved closer to my face and gave me smirk.

"I mean, as friend... I guess.." I was looking down, as red as a tomato. I think I like Maki. But, I don't know if it's right. But, I have to say the truth.

"Maki, I love you~"

Moment of silence

"I love you too, Kaede"

We both were satisfied with our answers. And I hope we will forever. No matter what happens. From the universe she were the star that came into my world, she is the person that  want to protect until the end of the world, no matter what happens i will always by her side, people say love is hard to find and i agree, and then i met you, now i can say that i found the love I've been waiting for..If the world is against to us then I'm against the world too..
