"So here we are! Don't be scared, you have the light" Phoebe said
She is right. The place is so creepy. So many Batrk. We enter the tower. I feel someone is following us, so I prepare myself in battle. It's been a long way up to the top. In the first 5 floors, it's so bright, until we reached the 6th floor. We started to run because I had a bad feeling. I stepped into something, and then the ceiling started to fall. We hurry to go to the 7th floor. In the 7th floor there are some spikes on both walls. We start to walk slowly, the wall started to move so we hurry, I figure out that the faster we are, the faster the wall moves. It's like it has eyes. I tried to use my powers and lucky, it worked. I let Phoebe go first. While I'm using my powers, I started to walk and I succeeded. In the 8th, 9th and 10th floor has no trap so we take a short break.
"How to you manage to get up here with so many traps?" I asked
"It's easy"
"How?"
"I ask my neighbour here to teleport me up in the tower."
"Why do you didn't say that a while ago?" I said
"Because it's more fun if you take the challenge and also, you will have a time to practice your skills" She said cheerfully
"Let's stop talking now. Let's go up"
Were now no in the 11th where we found a puzzle. We need to find something to continue. It's like a sword and a shield. Phoebe discovered a pathway on the both walls we separated to find the things faster. It got a trouble in getting the thing. There's so many Batkr that covers my way. It's been 30 minutes before I got the sword. I go back and saw Phoebe sleeping.
"Hey! Wake up" I said
"Huh? What?"
"Why are you sleeping?" I asked
"You're too slow"
"Oh yeah! How many minute do you take to get the shield?"
"5 minutes."
"WHAT? How do you do that?" I asked surprisingly
"Well, Batkrs can't fly if their wings are frozen"
"Let's place the sword and the shield"
After we place the items, the door opens. While we are walking upstairs, I'm thinking that there is something Phoebe hides from me. If I ask that question maybe she won't answer me directly so I didn't mind it anymore. Now, we are in the 12th floor and there are some coffins in the walls. We walked and when we are in the middle of the room, Souffin came out. Souffin are coffins with some hands and when they capture you, they will make you a mummy and make you a food for them. They are 6 of them. We manage to battle it and we win. I noticed that when someone cast a light spell, the run and hide. So we move on. In 13th, 14th and 15th floor, we rest again.
"Phoebe, I have a question for you."
"What is it?" She asked
"I want you to tell me the truth."
"Ok"
"Never mind"
We continue to walk upstairs and we reached the 16th floor. There are giant blades swinging and some giant spike ball and we need to dodge that all. Where on the last blade when Phoebe jumped and slashed by the blade.
"Ouch! Hey Blaine, help me here" She screamed
"What happened?"
"I was slashed by the blade"
"I'll try to heal it"
Luckily when we were in the castle of David, I asked him on how to heal someone. He taught it to me but it didn't mastered it. Her wound was healed but it's bleeding, so I cut the sleeve of my shirt and put it on Phoebe's arm so that the bleeding stop. I carry her until we reached the 18th floor. We rested for about 15 minutes so that Phoebe gains some energy. When we were about to go upstairs, I feel someone is following us. I put Phoebe on the corner of the room in the 19th floor and I prepared of a battle. It's a shadow, the last test of Madame X. it shoot a ball of shadow and I managed to dodge it. I shoot a light ball then blast ice but the shadow dodged it. Then I shoot a beam to defeat it, and then we continue to go up.
"Good day Madame X, sorry to keep you waiting."
"It's ok. So, let's start"
An hour past after our conversation ended. She told us legends regarding the wars. She also said that once all the creatures of destruction has been awaken, the world will be destroyed and she also taught us a protective move which the attack converts to creatures which I can control. She said that we should go to Nymphxie Town to seek strategies of preventing the war from spreading to Diane, the protector of the fairies and the elder of the town. She was a child that witness the first war happened and she also know how the other war started. We went outside of the castle. Then Scarlet came.
"Sorry for the trouble I caused a while ago" the girl said
"Oh that? It's ok. I understand that you're in a hurry, but you should watch where you're running" I said
"Oh I know what to do! You're in a quest right?"
"Yes we are, and why did you ask that?" I asked
"Because when Madame X calls a person, it means she will give a mission"
"Ok"
"By the way, where are you heading next?" She asked
"In Nymphxie Town, why?"
"Ohhhhhh! I wanna come. I'll gonna ask permission first to my boss before we leave" she said exciting,y
"How does it take to get permission to your boss?"
"A day"
"WHAT? We can't afford to lose time" I said surprisingly
"Here's the plan. Why you don't explore the Temple of Darkness before we leave? It might give you some information" she said
"Sure"
"Why we don't call it a day. You can stay on my house"
