A Happy Accident with iKon

What's Wrong?

It's been about a month since me, Mel and the guys went Lotte World. Since then Mel and I went on a whole day of shopping together with my Shopping Spree Pass and to a BTS concert with the 2 free tickets I got as birthday gifts. Currently Mel and I were eating lunch while watching TV in the living room. As we were watching, they started playing some commercials. The first commercial that came on was one about "amazing" period pads which reminded me of something.
"Hey Mel, You know how are our time of the month are pretty much aligned with each other?" I asked.
"Yea why?" She wondered why I randomly asked.
"That's means yours should be just ending or ending right away right?" I asked again as she nodded.
"Well I haven't had mine yet and usually mine starts between the beginning and the middle of the month." I explained.
The second I said that out loud, my eyes suddenly grew wide in realization which caused Mel to do the same.
"Oh no!" We both said while looking at each other.
We then turned off the TV and drove down to the nearest corner store or grocery store to buy myself a pregnancy test.

As we were walking throw the store towards the pharmacy section, Mel asked me,
"Didn't you and Bobby protect yourselves the last time you guys had sex?"
I then tried to remember what exactly happened the last time and I began explaining while being slightly embarrassed,
"No...I forgot to take the pill since I'm still relatively new at using it and Bobby didn't protected himself either."
I quickly grabbed a pregnancy test, paid for it then Mel and I went home so I could find out the results. The second we got back home, I went straight upstairs to my bathroom and took the test. After I did it, I waited for about a minute to see what would show me on the little screen. The minute felt like it took forever since I was extremely anxious to find out when it finally popped up...it read positive. I began to scream off the top of my lungs when Mel suddenly came to check up on me.
"Did it say positive?!" She asked on the other side of the bathroom door.
"Yes!!" I said then came out to show her.
"OMG!! I'm gonna be an aunty!!" She said excitedly.
"I...I guess so. I can't tell if I'm completely terrified that I'm going to be a mother or overjoyed." I explained.
"Do you want me to take you to the hospital to get checked by a doctor?" Mel asked.
"No not yet, I want to tell Bobby first because I want him to be there with me when the doctor tells me." I said as she nodded in understanding.
"So how do you plan on telling Bobby?" She wondered.
"I don't know. I haven't gotten that far yet. I just found out like 2 minutes ago that I'm going to be a mother! How could I have decided how to tell him?" I said starting to panic a little.
"Fair point!" Mel commented.
"All I know is that you have to promise me not to tell ANYONE! Not even BI okay!" I said as put the test into my pocket.
"Okay I promise!" She replied.

I stood there for a few minutes figuring out a plan on how to tell Bobby the news when Mel said,
"Oh my gosh I just remembered that the guys are coming over later."
I started to panic a little again but managed to calm myself down and said,
"Not a big deal. We'll all hangout and have fun like we always do and neither of us mention anything unless I say so." I explained.
"Got it!" Mel replied.
Mel and I then headed back downstairs to the living room and kitchen to tidy up a little bit before everyone showed up, then about an hour later they came in.
I gestured them to come sit down into the living room with us and watch some TV. Bobby and BI obviously sat next to Mel and I so they could cuddle with us on the couch.
"Hey Baby Girl! I missed you!" Bobby said with a smile.
The moment he said that to me, I mentally facepalmed since to me that cutesy nickname meant something totally different.
"I missed you to!" I said while trying not to sound like something was bothering me.

As the 9 of us were watching TV together, once again the show we were watching took a few minutes for a commercial break. The first 1 or 2 they showed were nothing special, but after that they played were non-stop Baby related. They were either about pregnancy tests, baby diapers or toys that help your baby become smarter. As each one played both Mel and I were feeling more and more uneasy.
"HoneyBee, what's wrong? You don't seem like yourself today." BI asked.
"Oh I'm TOTALLY fine! It's like...Oh you know...those things...you know?" She said to try and prevent from revealing our secret.
BI looked extremely confused at what she was talking about and said,
"No I don't know. The only think I know is that I think your starting to lose your mind."
"Sounds about right!" She mumbled to herself.
We continued to watch TV for a couple more hours then Song made all of us dinner. Mel and I didn't talk much while we ate and we could both tell Bobby and BI knew something was up. Once we finished dinner BI took us out to DQ (Dairy Queen) to get ice cream which was super nice of him. When we walked back outside with our ice cream a few minutes later, Jay said,
"Well I think the 5 of us should be getting back to the dorms now. Are you guys going back with us?"
"I think we'll stay for a bit longer once we bring the girls back to their place. We'll take a taxi back to the dorm later." BI explained then Jay nodded as him and everyone else climbed into the van.
