Beca wheeled her suitcase through the hoards of soldiers blocking her way to the taxi. The tour had ended days ago and yet they still crowded the streets and made her life a nightmare.

There was one taxi left in the queue. If she just nipped around the dude in the checked shirt, she would beat the lady with the billion bags and she wouldn't have to wait ten years for another cab. She was almost there, closer and closer and closer until...

"Where do you think you're goin' eh shortstack?"

Crap that lady beat her to it.

"Seriously Ames you just had to do that? Now I'm gonna have to wait another century for another cab."

"And why would you need to do that?" Amy asked, wiggling her eyebrows.

"Yeah. You promised Emily you weren't gonna run off again." Aubrey said, catching up behind the Australian.

"Yeah." Said Emily catching up with the two of them. "What she said."

"You know what, I'm not dealing with this today." Beca huffed, turning around to try and escape, only to be met by Cynthia Rose glaring at her with her arms folded. Behind her stood Lilly (or Esther - no one really knows what to call her), Flo, and even those other two girls whose names Beca forgot.

"Nuh-uh." Said Flo, shaking her head at Beca.

"You ain't goin' nowhere, girl." Stated Cynthia Rose.

"C'mon guys! I'm gonna miss my plane. I gotta leave in 30 mins."

"Why the rush Beca? You got all summer to run back off to LA. Why not just hang around a bit longer with us Bellas?" Asked Cynthia Rose. "With Amy's dad all locked up in jail, you won't have to worry. Just chillax."

"I wouldn't say there's no need to worry. He has a habit of breaking out of prisons. There was that one time he set an alligator loose on the guard. Now that was a funny one for me to explain to the cops when they arrived." Fat Amy chuckled at the memory. The other Bellas just turned around to stare at her.

"Okay, moving on." Said Aubrey. "Listen Beca, we all know how eager you are to start your new job, but couldn't that wait for a bit. This was the last time we're gonna perform for ages and you're really just gonna leave? Really?"

"Jesus, there's more to it than that. Honestly, you really think I'm that eager to start work?"

"What's up then, we all noticed you're not quite the same recently, if I don't know better, is say you were..." Aubrey trailed off as she spotted some people in the distance.

"Chloe! Chicago! Over here!" She yelled, catching the couple's attention.

"Great, here we go again..." Beca muttered under her breath.

It was sickening. Chloe was all over him. They were hugging and kissing and holding hands and it all made Beca just want to throw up. She could feel the tears springing to her eyes and knew she had to get out of there fast before the waterworks started.

Just then she heard a cab pull up behind her. Beca turned, waved at the man to let him know she was on her way and started to wheel her case up to the boot.

"Where you goin Becs?"

It was Chloe.

God it would make it so much easier to leave if people would stop interrupting her and making her feel guilty.

"What do you want, Chloe?"

"You ok? You seem a bit tense?"

"I'm fine." Beca felt a tear slip from her eye and fall on her hand.

"You're crying. You're clearly not fine. Just tell me who upset you and I'll go beat them up for you." Chloe waved her fists innocently at Beca, as if to prove a point. "Just tell me who it is."

Beca looked up and smiled at the redhead. God, she was beautiful. If only she knew how Beca felt about her.

"Who?" Chloe asked.

"You." Beca whispered, not bothering to stop the tears from pouring.

Chloe didn't know what she had done

"Me? But I haven't done anything! What could I possibly have done to make you so upset with me. I mean, it's not like we've..."

Chicago interrupted them by putting his arm around Chloe's waist and declaring that they were off to get some drinks at a bar. Chloe saw Beca's face fall. She's watched the way the brunette looked at her and he way she glared at Chicago.

It all finally clicked into place.

"Oh." She whispered, a single tear rolling down her cheek.

Beca didn't say anything, merely shoving her case into the trunk and turning aroun to get in the back of the taxi. Chloe saw the look of pain in her face and realised why Beca had to leave.

"Becs, wait." She begged.

Beca climbed into the seat.

"I've waited too long." She said, before slamming the door shut and driving off towards the airport, Chloe left standing in shock behind her.
